"We would like to thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you weren't happy with the work performed. This work was done back in July & August of 2006. Our records indicate that we provided labor for your flooring that you purchased. Our approximate measurements for the floor were accurate. The deck was built according to the specifications on our contract and did indeed pass inspection on 8/15/2006. We were unaware of any problems you had with our work until seeing this review as of recent. Many things have changed with our company since 2006. We, the owners now, Deb and Darren, Reuel's son and daughter, strive to provide quality service and to make all of our customers happy. We apologize this was not the case in your experience."

We did experience a lack of communication with our crew leaders during portions of your work. We had a few new crews come aboard at the time of your job. We have since taken steps to improve in that area with our newer crews to ensure that any lack of communication will not happen again. We feel your new roof, siding and windows turned out successful in the end and made sure we addressed your concerns along the way, but at the same time, acknowledge the fact that the scheduling didn't turn out as planned and took longer than it should have."

"Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you felt the way you did regarding your project. We feel the bathroom, kitchen, roof and siding turned out great. We had no idea you were not happy with the kitchen cabinets. They were custom made with a pickled finish, just as you had requested. We did have to adjust a hinge or two and lower the microwave cabinet, but those were the only concerns we were made aware of. Regarding the siding, yes, we did come back and insulate the side that hadn't been done. We apologize for that inconvenience, as it was not on our crew leaders first work order. We did stand by our work and complete it as you wanted it done. As far as the vanity, we did offer to come back out and take care of the glass. Unfortunately, we did not see the glass you're referring to until after it was installed, as you provided the vanity. We apologize if we missed that, as the vanity looked good and complete when we finished up. We did enjoy working with you and your wife and felt the project went along as planned and turned out great. We always stand by our work, no matter what."

We make no excuses for a few crews that did not perform to our standards and as a result, are no longer working for us. As a whole, we do believe you were provided with a good job with quality products. We do agree that improvement was needed in some areas.
