I have heard good things about the company so I called them and I was very pleased on how they presented themselves and the product that they have. They are wonderful, I would definitely recommend the product that they used. They were very knowledgeable about what things should be done on your home, after much consideration I said we should do it. They were very professional, on time, they were here everyday with a smile on their faces, very courteous and cleaned up after themselves.

They were wonderful, couldn't say much about them, but they were just great, We have recommended them to our neighbors, their customer service was good, they stand behind their products, I would definitely use them again. Our house looks gorgeous, you can walk on our neighborhood and you would know which house they worked on, it is beautiful.

Went well, definitely happy with the product and quality. Felt like the project took a bit longer than we thought it would, but we knew there was a lot of work to be done. Ruele worked with us to do some remodeling to get to what we wanted, whereas other people only told us what they were willing to do. Staff was very friendly and nice to be around. House and windows look great!

From the salesman to the project manager to the workers, this was professional pleasurable experience. The company's culture was evident as everyone bent over backwards to ensure that the customer experience was optimal. They brought their own portable toilet and were very gentle with plants and bushes. The salesman Steve and foreman Jay communicated through the phases of project and most importantly of all, my house looks better than my neighbors' who used what looked like "two guys and a truck". I called the office and the owner Bob Ruele picked up the phone - hands-on service. I would highly recommend this firm.

Reule Sun did a FABULOUS job on our house, with incredible attention to detail, extremely thorough preparation, total job-site neatness and cleanliness, lightning responsiveness to any issues which arose, and a very high level of craft. The workers were polite, respectful, friendly, and very conscientious. You will pay for this. But we found it more than worth the difference. After watching our job, the neighbor across the street has hired them for a complete stucco job and also new windows. (If your windows are within shouting distance of needing replacement, do these just ahead of the stucco job.)

Reule Sun was excellent throughout the entire process. Steve Savage provided the cost estimate and was very professional in explaining what was needed and presenting options for the work. Bob Reule was flexible with the schedule when we needed to move the job from late 2015 to early 2016. All the installers did an excellent job, which included significant prep work prior to the finish. Miguel and his finishing crew were especially good. They spent almost 5 days completing their work, and the final result was terrific. Jay worked with us to ensure we were happy with the color and the overall effort. Our house looks great. I would definitely recommend Reule Sun for any stucco job.

Bob Reule and his staff worked with me throughout the entire process, While I knew that the house needed new stucco and the color needed updating I was not certain of much else. Bob and Jay, one of his staff, were extremely helpful and patient in helping me with color choices for the stucco and the trim. As so often happens with older homes, as they progressed with the prep work, it became apparent that some other things also needed attention. I ended up replacing three exterior doors in the back of the house prior to the re-stuccoing. As a result, the Reule staff had to coordinate their work with additional workmen. It required adjustments in scheduling, but they were very cooperative in doing so. Reule did the re-framing and installation of a new side side door in the garage, replacing an old weathered door. <br /> A large bush had caused a great deal of damage to a yard wall. This caused misalignment of the side-gate and made securing of the gate difficult. Once the bush was removed, the men repaired the side wall and realigned the gate. The yard walls, bordering the front yard, were waist high and stucco. Due to time and weathering the stucco was in need of some cosmetic work. Minor repairs were done, the stucco was patched and color match the house. <br /> A stucco half wall, serving as a base for a long flower box, extended from a structural pillar near the front door along the entryway walk. It had severe water damage and "imploded" down into the base. It was decided to remove that structure up to the pillar. <br /> The structural pillar was just a few feet from the front door and had an open level portion under the eve. Pigeons had begun to roost there and were making a mess. After discussing the problem with the workmen, it was decided to extend the stucco up an additional few inches and eliminating the perching area. Problem solved (so far!). <br /> The paint mixture designed to match the stucco color, turned out to not be an exact match for the garage doors and the trim around them. It took a few attempts, but Jay kept working with it and was able to come up with a paint "recipe" that matched the stucco. <br /> Jay and the workmen were always on time, did what they said that they would do (sometimes more) when they said they would do it, stayed on schedule, were courteous, easy to work with and very helpful. Bob stopped by intermittently to see how things were going, and was kept updated through Jay, as well. <br /> While this ended up as a much bigger undertaking than I had initially anticipated, everything that was done was long overdue and with an eye on resale one day. Everyone I dealt with at Ruele Sun Corp was incredibly helpful. Bob and Jay were a terrific help throughout the process.I love how my house now looks and would readily recommend Ruele Sun Corp for re-stuccoing. <br /> <br />

The project went quite well. <br /> We?re very pleased with the appearance of our home. It looks really good, better than when it was new. (The original finish was also Sto.) Water leaks in the parapets and windows were fixed and tested before the color coat. As with any job this large, there were unanticipated problems and a few changes along the way. Jay Adams, the Operations Manager for Reule, visited our house daily and discussed the what?s and why?s and when?s in as much detail as we wanted. Bob Reule came by at appropriate times to make sure he was satisfied and we were satisfied. <br /> Reule Sun Corp is unusual -- a high-quality professional contractor in what is largely a commodity business. They?re knowledgeable and experienced. The workers are Reule employees; Jay Adams is thoughtful, thorough, and has decades in the business; Bob Reule takes personal responsibility for his company?s work. <br /> Reule wasn?t our low-cost bidder. But we intend to keep our home for a long time, we take pride in its appearance, and we want to sleep well nights when it?s raining cats and dogs. Those in a similar situation should give Reule serious consideration. <br />

When Bob Reule came out to give an estimate, he walked me around the house and roof, pointing out problems, explaining their causes and exactly how he would approach the job. What I learned was an eye-opener to the many short-cuts some contractors use to come up with a low bid, at the expense of quality, appearance and durability. Getting that education was a great help in questioning subsequent contractors and evaluating their bids. Reule was the highest bidder, but for reasons I could appreciate and was quite happy to accept. <br /> The work done by Jay Adams and his crew of four was first-class in every respect. Great care was taken first in preparation -- power washing, trenching around the foundations, tying back landscaping for protection, and masking windows, doors, wood trim, vigas, patios, etc. Light fixtures were removed. Even the tiniest cracks were filled, parapets and walls capped with a waterproof reinforcing layer, protrusions ground down and all surfaces primed. <br /> While I was prepared for some messes, my concern was unwarranted. There was no spraying, as the primer was rolled on and the STO Silco stucco material was troweled and floated. At the end of each day, all finished areas were unmasked, debris picked up, supplies and equipment stacked out of the way and junk hauled away. Next morning the crew arrived promptly, planned the day's activities based on the weather conditions, and proceeded with more organization and efficiency than any home repair team I have ever watched. <br /> Disruptions in my activities amounted to only a couple of hours while the scaffolding blocked the garage door, for which I was warned well in advance. Damage to landscaping was minimal, in some cases even helpful, as they pruned bushes like chamisa back from the perimeter walls. <br /> All in all, I could not be more pleased with the experience and the results. Reule Sun gets my recommendation without hesitation. <br />

We researched numerous providers in the Albuquerque area. We decided on Reule for various reasons. They were not the least expensive but we were searching for a company that would install a quality product in a manner that would ultimately be transparent. The method that Reule described, and ultimately delivered, resulted in essential perfection - from the outside you can not tell the windows are new - but the are! The method Reule used, and the matching to the stucco is amazing. They are so beautiful that we consider them art and are now trying to find window coverings that show them off from the interior. The windows that we had installed are Semco wood-clad. <br /> Steve Savage, who was our primary contact and sales person, ensured we understood the entire process and checked in often as the project progressed. There were a few bumps along the way that he addressed to our satisfaction. Steve matched our expectation for near perfection and worked with Bob Reule to come up with creative ways to solve problems that come up in dealing with older homes. <br /> The installation crew worked closely with Steve and was professional, respectful, and creative in the method they used to complete this complex project. The number of windows, some of them oversized, combined with the age of the house made it difficult. The crew chief, Manuel, ensured the day to day work was done with the same perfection the overall project exhibited. He communicated progress and next steps so we were kept in the loop throughout. <br /> We had very high expectations with this project and Reule exceeded them in every way. Simply outstanding. The price rating is slightly lower than an A simply because they appear to be the most expensive; however, you get what you pay for. We interviewed 5+ contractors for the repair job. Each presented different level of price/product/recommendations on what was needed to repair the original stucco to make it last for 20+ years. A somewhat complicated solution to fix a crack down the entire side of the home needed to be installed along with some serious freeze/thaw repair on all the parapits. Work was outstanding and the super + crew assigned to the job was easy to work with. I watched in the beginning to make sure they were doing what was promised, then gained confidence and quit watching the work. They are at the top end of the price scale, but I am confident you get everything you pay for with a top quality job. Having experience with many contractors on upgrades and repairs, these guys are the best contractor I used in the past 10 years in Albuquerque. <br />

Fortunately for us, Reule Sun Corp also install windows and have extensive experience with home construction in general. Reule Sun Corp sealed all the existing windows after the structural repair had been done. Before continuing with the stucco work they tested the window for leaks. The work they did was very professional, the project manager was there every step of the repair making sure that the work was done properly and was ready to re-schedule their stucco crew as soon as they needed to be there. <br /> Bob Reule was in daily contact with us and visited the job every day. <br /> <br />

Reule Sun Corporation recently completed restuccoing our home. I have known Bob Reule for many years on a personal and professional level and chose his company because I knew he would accept nothing less than perfection. And, indeed, when the job was completed that was the case. His crew was very careful and conscientious in their work. My wife and I were very pleased with the precision of their masking of areas, and there was no stucco mess left behind. They were also very careful not to damage any of our landscaping. I got several bids from different firms to re-stucco my home. Reule was not the least expensive bid however I chose Reule based on the <br /> professionalism exhibited during the bid process and the reputation of the company. I was not disappointed in my choice. Bob Reule came out and spent a lot of time with me going over the different products available and the options for the stucco work. The project took about two weeks. The foreman and crew always showed up on time and were professional and courteous. This work included cleaning and conditioning of a conventional stucco surface, which had been painted, and the application of a STO Powerwall stucco product. This work also included repair of a water damaged exterior wall and windows sills which were not discovered until surface preparations began. The overall quality of work and attention to detail was excellent. The crew was punctual, courteous and did an excellent job cleaning the worksite on a daily basis. The Foreman made frequent site visits and was always available if questions arose. As an engineer, I appreciated the technical knowledge and experience that Bob and his Foreman brought to this project and their willingness to discuss the science behind the STO product line and construction materials. Bob also spend considerable time with us discussing ideas to help us complete other aspects of this exterior remodeling project.
