Charlie was so professional & informative. He answered his phone on Sunday evening & walked me through reprogramming all my remotes & keypad to my garage door opener. What a blessing! I was panicked & thought I would be unable to open my garage door for days. Charlie was truly an angel who saved me & I am so thankful for him and his service. Shut was freaking out tried everything within my YouTube knowledge, and he came out within an hour and crushed it very, very, very reasonable. We needed to have a squeaking sound in one of our garage doors fixed. Charles responded within 24 hours to our request and came the same day. Not only did he fix the squeak, he also fixed several other issues and performed preventive maintenance on both of our garage doors. They were very pleasant & engaging.225

It went absolutely perfectly. It turned out better than we expected! We had two original 9’ wood garage doors with no openers. We wanted a man door built into one of the doors , but the door height was not tall enough for a man door to be a built-in part of the garage door. So we decided we would ask for a separate man door to be framed into the right side opening and a shorter garage door to fill that remaining space. We sat down with three separate garage door installation companies but Charles from Revamp was the only one to even consider what we were asking for. Charles considered it a project and said yes without hesitation. Then he delivered, started on time, was there every day, and finished it in 3+ days. This was a lot of work as he (and his excellent co-worker Chubba) had to tear down everything that was there and actually manufacture the smaller garage door and the man door to the correct size. Not to mention all the framing in and finishing of the man door opening. Extremely consciencous about our needs and desires, he checked regularly with me to ensure he got it right. Charles at Revamp Garage Door is the ONLY company that you want to consider hiring if you have an issue with a garage door. I actually had an issue where I had an old roll up door on the back of a box truck that needed to be replaced (it is similar to a garage door). It was a tricky job that other companies didn't even want to try doing. Charles however came out and took a look, put some serious thought into how the job would get done, and gave me a price. I should mention that there was almost ZERO room to work because I had machines bolted into the back of this truck, which made the job especially difficult. Charles came out the morning when he said he would with his friendly and hard working assistant Chubba, and then promptly found out that the job was going to be even more difficult than he'd initially expected due to all of the door panels on the new door already being attached to each other! But rather than complain or request a higher price, the two guys diligently got working. They had to leave and get more tools several times, and the new door installation took two full days rather than just the one, but the end result was a perfectly installed new roll up door that functions perfectly! This was a project that had taken me six months to resolve, and Charles was the ONLY guy that was brave enough, confident enough, and smart enough to take it on AND pull it off. The end result was a perfectly working door that we'll be able to get another 10-15 years out of if need be. If you have a repair or install required for a garage door, Charles is the only guy you want to call. Revamp Garage is an intelligent and high integrity operation. Charles thank you again!
