Revive Renovations and Roofing

They did a great job. They did everything that they have to do.

Carl D. Chandler, goes by C.D. is unreliable, never finished what he started and the work he did was shoddy to say the least.  Even though he has been paid in full, the following has not been done and the attached pictures speak for themselves. <br /> 1. Vanity install left unfinished. 2. Exterior trim repair.  3. Shower tile refinishing. 4.  Replacing master bath tiles. 5. Fixing peeling trim paint. <br /> I am sure there are a few more little items I missed.  Basically, he applied latex wall paint on the trim WITHOUT any prep work whatsoever so the paint did not stick.  He blamed it on humidity even though the trim work was done weeks before the rain began.  The guy at the paint store was amazed by his lack of painting knowledge but I think he is just lazy.  He also showed up several days with alcohol on his breath.  His helper quit after week 1, I can see why now and so the project dragged on until he just quit.  This company owes me at least $600 for work not performed and $200 in supplies which he allegedly purchased for the job.  DO NOT HIRE CARL & DEB CHANDLER unless you like going to small claims court like I am going to have to do. <br />

In October 2011, we spoke with Justin Grant of Revive Renovations about updating several rooms of our home by getting rid of outdated wallpaper and the sterile white walls.  He listened intently while we explained our goal. He assisted us with color selection and gave us several other ideas such as faux painting the formal dining room walls.  Justin conducted his business in a very <br /> professional, honest and courteous manner.    <br /> During the painting process, Justin and his crew were very thorough.  They took the time to tape off and caulk every seam to protect the trim.  They took care to keep the debris picked up on a daily basis and to protect our furniture and fixtures from paint splatters.   <br /> The job was complete on time for the price estimate quoted.  We were extremely happy with the end result and would highly recommend Justin Grant to our friends and neighbors. 

Very professional.  My cornice was repaired, then all gaps caulked.  House was then scraped and painted. Trees were pruned back from house and general landscaping was completed.  The work crew was pleasant and kind.  Paint chips were cleaned up and my yard was cleaned up every evening. Roof went on in one day and magnetic rollers were used to get nails out of yard.  The roofing crew cleaned up after themselves very well.  Work was completed on time and on budget.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Returned call promptly for estimate request. Honest and accurate in all scheduling of tasks and total cost.  No "surprises." Staff courteous, clean, and thorough in all task performance.  All work performed in a timely manner and within completion date that was promised.  The entire staff stayed busy without interrupting my daily routine.  Cleaned work area daily before departure.  Quality assurance and customer satisfaction was obvious from beginning to end.  I could not have asked for better service and better results.

100% EXCELLENT work from Justin and his staff. Clean, on time, estimate was true to cost. Staff was professional, work was done to my exact satisfaction. Justin is more of a perfectionist than I AM! Wonderful experience-start to finish!
