Bathroom Remodel
The project involved gutting/remodeling an entire bathroom plus remediation of previous shoddy repair work by another contractor. The RR team removed ant/termite infestations, rebuilt exterior walls and a major support beam and added insulation/weatherproof sheathing/vapor barrier. They drywalled, painted, replaced damaged underlayment and flooring, replaced a tub with a walk-in shower, added a cupboard and built a closet and a custom vanity. They were responsive to suggestions and changes and sought approval step-by-step. Jim, Mickey, Ryan, Jeremy, Mike, June, Chris, Junior, Carlos and Shorty were all personable, professional and efficient. They were all highly experienced/skilled and took pride in their craft. I have already hired them for several other extensive renovations.

Revive renovations did a wonderful job installing luxury vinyl flooring in my basement! Also, they reinstalled drywall at the half bottom of the basement walls due to water damage! After installing the drywall, they paint matched the existing paint with the upper part of the walls. The workers are very efficient and friendly! I will hire Revive renovations for future projects!

I hired this company to do some renovations. They changed a small bedroom into a laundry room. Completely gutted my kitchen, installed new dry wall, flooring, painted, along with some electrical work. I dealt with James Jr. for planning and paper work. He was very pleasant to work with. Some of his crew were not so great to have around. They never installed an electrical outlet to plug my refrigerator into and the ceiling fan I had replaced in the bathroom was not hooked up correctly. Now my fridge has to be plugged into an extension cord and looks ugly. My bathroom fan can not have the heat option on if we want the light on. When James came out for the final inspection and I complained about no plug for the fridge he just shrugged and made no effort or offer to fix the issue, but he had been pai. I also asked both James and the crew to not swear while working in the house or smoke pot on my property or to work while high but they continued to do so anyways and they smelled like pot.

This project was completed over a year ago and included multiple phases, as we returned months later to complete work after cabinetry installation by a separate contractor. At no point during the project, final walkthrough, or the extended period of communication that followed?including payment discussions?were these concerns raised. If any issues had been brought to our attention at that time, we would have addressed them. It is difficult to resolve concerns that were never communicated, especially this long after project completion and after additional work was performed by others. Our work was completed in accordance with the agreed scope. Any changes, additions, or alterations?particularly following involvement from other contractors?fall outside of that original agreement and require separate evaluation. We also take claims regarding job site conduct seriously. That said, this does not reflect the standards we hold our team to. We stand behind our work and remain available to discuss any legitimate concerns directly. ? Revive Renovators Inc."

I am currently working with Jim Palma. I live in NC and purchased a multi-family unit in Hamburg where I plan to live in the summers . The entire upper unit needs to be renovated (kitchen, living room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms). Jim has been incredible to work with - especially with my being out of state. He has done what he has said he would do when he said he would do it. His crew has been great and professional. Jim's guidance and creative solutions to tricky challenges has been incredible. Can't wait to see how the whole thing turns out.

Everything seemed to go fine initially, however we had one project left to do on our kitchen remodel that never got completed. After months of back and forth and being ghosted, we had to hire another contractor to finish the job. Additionally, we have had issues with some of the work since the remodel was completed. Things like the venting and sink plumbing pipes not being installed tightly and coming loose. I really liked how the kitchen looked initially, very disappointed to have to hire other people to fix and complete the work.

Our siding was beginning to warp and fall off. Got in touch with owner Jim and he did an assessment of the total outside. First he was going to repair damaged sidings. He later said that he would not be able to match color. He also advised us that it would be more economical to tear off down to frame and install new vinyl and insulation. He quoted us a repair and replace pricing. We decided, with his professional knowledge to tear and replace. His workers was intelligent, Knowledge and kept us informed all through out the job. With the weather not favorable, they completed the job in two days We are well ratified with the company. The owner and works are customer orient and work hard to satify costumer. Would use the company again because of their professionalism, knowledge and concern for homeowner. Yes,we will use them again.

We chose Revive Renovators over multiple other contractors to do our complete kitchen remodel, and we easily made the right choice! James, Randy, and the team performed the remodel as bid and quoted and delivered exactly what we envisioned. They stayed on schedule, within budget, and provided exceptional quality of workmanship. The large scale and complexity of the project was not a problem for this team. Please check out the pictures to truly appreciate the job they did! The job was completed and the garage renovation looks great. We are satisfied with the outcome. The renovations were a lot more expensive than we expected based on the estimate received. The total nearly doubled once the work began. We do understand things happen unexpectedly but they should to do a more thorough assessment to avoid the huge difference in pricing.
