REYNA'S CLEANING SERVICE

at first it was ok. I then began to notice that my items were replaced after cleaning in a messy and careless way. I don't believe the crew had any respect for the things I owned.

I hired Reyna's cleaning service based on a recommendation from my neighborhood Next Door site. The job I needed to have done was a thorough one-time cleaning so we could put our house on the market. The job was done poorly; baseboards are still dusty, the kitchen and bathroom cabinet faces were not touched, and they used so much water and cleaning solution on my stovetop that two of the burners are now non functional. On top of that, I was charged more than I was quoted because they said the job was larger than they thought. I was very clear about what needed to be done. When I called to complain about the issues, Reyna was polite, but distant and made excuses for why the cleaners could not properly do the job. She said that she would send the cleaners back to make it right, but I have not seen them yet. I am very disappointed, we definitely did not get our money's worth.

Fantastic. I prefer to coordinate via email and Reyna likes phone calls so it was tricky scheduling for me but other than that everything was great.

Reynas service has been excellent. I had not had a regular housekeeping service before. I tried 2 others before for 60 dollars and 140 dollars for my 2100 sq foot house. 4 of us plus 3 dogs. They do an excellent job. Clean the fridge change the sheets vacuum the furniture....very pleased. Well worth 130 every 2 weeks. Love it!

Tried this cleaning service based on good reviews here and a great phone call with the owner.  Reyna and two other ladies came out to do a top to bottom deep cleaning the first time and boy, did they clean everything!  Not just the usual bathroom and kitchen and floors but baseboards, windows, blinds, railings, inside refrigerator - everything that could be cleaned.  My house sparkled when they were done!  Now I have them come every other week and my house has never looked better!  They even change the sheets on the beds and cleaned the floor on the enclosed porch to get the yellow pollen off. Prices were very reasonable - $160 for the first time deep cleaning (which took 3 ladies 4-1/2 hours to complete) and $100 every other week.  I would highly recommend this service!!

I contacted Reyna to schedule a deep cleaning of my house. We discussed the size of my house, number of rooms, and cost ($180.00 for the deep cleaning).  We also discussed cleaning my house on a regular basis every two weeks, and she agreed to give me a price for that when she did the deep cleaning. She asked if she could get back to me with a day and time and I agreed. She texted me a few days later with a day and time and asked me to confirm, which I did. On the scheduled day, Reyna and two other women arrived promptly and did a wonderful deep cleaning of my whole house. They supplied everything except the cleaner for my hardwood floors, which I purchase and have here for the crew to use. Since that time, they have been here every two weeks to clean my house. I am very pleased with their services. The crew is professional, pleasant, and hard working. They do a very thorough job, much better than I could do myself. <br />

I contacted Reyna about either doing monthly or bi-weekly cleaning.  She explained that they like to come in first and do a deep clean before starting on a regular service. <br /> When I say deep clean, I mean DEEP CLEAN.  I didn't know my house could be so clean!  In addition to doing baseboards, ceiling fans and the typical cleaning you'd expect, they did ALL interior windows, cleaned underneath the beds, moved furniture and cleaned behind it, deep cleaned my closets.  Cleaned off shelves in my laundry room and reorganized my products.  It also included cleaning out the inside of my refrigerator! <br /> I really was blown away.  I had used a cleaning service for a few months before and while they did a nice job, Reyna and her crew blew them away!  Professional and courteous! <br /> We will now be using them bi-weekly which runs less, obviously, than the one time deep. <br />

Reyna has been cleaning our house for approximately a year and we have not found a better service in the area.  they are thorough and make sure that everything is clean. I've used other services where it was a very hurried affair and found that my counters/floors/etc where not cleaned well.  Not with Reyna. <br />

Two to three people come out to clean and take about two or three hours.  The quality of the cleaning stands out.  I'd tell my friends that they would get good quality for the value.

It went pretty well. It was less cleaning and more on organizing. She knew how to organize stuff. She is professional and friendly.
