Excellent. I called and left a voice mail and Ed returned my call promtly and said he'd take a look at the isue the next day. The day after that, the roof was fixed perfectly. I met and spoke with Ed after he finished the job. He's a real nice guy and I'd certainly recommend him. And I may ask him to take a look at another project I am considering too.

Ed Reynolds was the professional I’ve been looking for. He immediately responded to my concern and arrived the next day to assess the leaky roof situation. Although my roof situation was not good with leaks, Ed put me at ease by explaining how he can fix the problem timely and at a great price. He was thorough and provided detailed before and after pictures. On top of fixing the leaky area of the roof, he conducted a full honest roof inspection reporting the rest of my roof was in excellent condition. Ed, thank you for your military service and I recommend those reading this to support this veteran owned business because he did an amazing job.

Ed and his crew did an excellent job, they were organized, performed exceptional work and did a great job cleaning up. He offered a very competitive price. He was also extremely respectful of our Covid19 crisis and social distancing.

He did great on that work. He was helpful. He took his time. He was not responsive in a timely manner. He did what he said he would do. He needed to do a follow up. He was not following through with the final proposal and schedule.
