From the very start working with RFB A Complete Drywall Co. was a breeze. The owner Rob came out within 48 hours to provide me with a quote, he emailed them the same day and we decided to go with RFB. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable that he could do a great job. His crew spent 4.5 days on the job and the final results could not be better. Would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for drywall services.

We had 3 adjoining rooms, with cathedral ceilings, that we gutted and needed to be drywalled. From receiving our quote, to the start and end date, everything was as promised. Rob and his team were very professional and punctual. We had some unique work arounds that they handled with no problem. They did a fantastic job and had it completed within the time frame given. I love what they've done and would highly recommend them. We have 2 more rooms to go and I already checked on his schedule, so we WILL be hiring him again!

Rob showed up to bid as promised and got bid back promptly. He showed up to do the work on time. While working the crew kept the job as clean as possible and finished in the time quoted. One mpressive point. I was working from home and before they started they asked if the radio was a problem. Great job, goons crew.

Absolutely perfect! These guys are wonderful. They even came when the temperature was -24 and -40 windchill. They did exactly as they said they would during the time they projected. Their work is fantastic. I will use them again and HIGHLY recommend them!

Rob was excellent!!! We had the drainage tile system replaced in our 900 square foot finished basement, and the basement waterproofing company had to cut 2-3 feet up the drywall along the perimeter of our basement to complete the job. I called several companies to get drywall estimates, many times not even getting a call back. Had 2 quotes prior to RFB which were very far apart. RFB was responsive, price was very fair, Rob always stayed in communication, worked clean and was punctual. Since they had to match old drywall to new we were expecting some flaws but we were beyond pleasantly surprised, it looks like the whole wall has newly hung drywall from floor to ceiling. I waited to post this review until after it was primed and painted, and it looks EXCELLENT, beyond our expectations. Highly recommend, we will be hiring him again to repair some water damaged drywall in another room. (We still have to put trim up, but hopefully some of the quality shows through the pictures)

Rob was a pleasure to work with, always very responsive. Most companies if dealt with would text or call a day later, Rob would call a few minutes later which was nice to actually hear a voice on the phone. Work was done on time and the company was very professional. Left a bunch of tools on the job and was skeptical of leaving them out but everything was untouched. It was a great feeling knowing that I didn't have to worry about that, very honest employees. Great company and would hire them again, well recommended for sure!

It went extremely well. They moved the patio furniture and protected the entire area. When complete they cleaned up everything and reset the furniture. Very professional.

The started a day early after calling me to find out if it was ok. Darrel was on time each of the 3 days that it took to complete. He told me what he would be doing that day and keep me informed. The job ended up be a little more involved than anticipated through no fault if theirs. He told me what would be the best route to resolve and I agreed to extra charges ($125 for materials and labor which was very reasonable). When the work was completed the walls were primed for paint. Perfect results. The cost I am supplying includes the extra charges. I would definitely use this company again

We repainted our downstairs,. A drywall section in the ceiling needed replacing before the painting was done. The estimate was reasonable. The crew was on time every day, did excellent work, and cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. The work was completed on budget and ahead of schedule. Would gladly use this firm again.

We were really happy with the work. Rob was professional, timely and very clear about the work to be completed. His team was great to work with. We had a hiccup matching the touch up wall paint color at the ceiling, as our wall color paint was faded and no longer an exact match to the can of paint we had been saving for touch ups. When we agreed that the paint color wasn't going to work, Rob proposed a solution that worked for all. I think the ability to accurately estimate costs, stay on schedule, troubleshoot and negotiate solutions is not always easy to find, and we found it with RFB A Complete Drywall Co. Will definitely be using them again.

Fantastic! I will never use anyone else. This is the third time I have used them and they have been consistently excellent. They are meticulous, skilled, experienced, prompt, professional, and really nice guys. What I was actually most pleased with is that they took their time to do the job right--for example, staining the banister requires thorough drying between coats, and rather than rush the job, they patiently waited a day in between coats to make sure it took properly. I'm not sure many others would have done that. Maybe you can find someone cheaper, maybe not. But for quality for the money I consider them a best value.

Communication was stellar. Rob arrived exactly when he said he would to give me an estimate, and within 1-2 days I had a full blow proposal in my email. The rest of the communication from there on was just as good up until completion of the job. I have to say this is a huge relief, we've all worked with contractors who were hard to get a hold of, didn't communicate, and left you chasing after them. In the beginning of the job, I asked Rob if he would be hanging the sheets vertically or horizontally. He said horizontal, because the panels would be more rigid and less prone to seams cracking as the house moves. Since my ceiling is less than 8ft tall, hanging vertical would have been easier and faster at every phase, but he strongly discouraged me from that option because it is simply not as good. That is a contractor with integrity right there. As for the work itself, just as good. Rob and crew arrive on day 1 to hump 60 sheets of drywall into a narrow corridor with an awkward turn at the bottom of the basement, 1 sheet at a time in minus 8 degree weather. They were super careful to ensure they didn't damage walls or floors of the finished living space. Then the real work started. They had all of the drywall hung in 2 days, both gluing and screwing each panel to the studs (using OSI professional construction adhesive...the best and most expensive stuff). From there, 4 additional days to PROPERLY tape, mud and finish. They use a mix of hand techniques and machine assisted finishing tools. Perfect cutouts for outlets and can lights. Sharp, clean inside and outside corners. Butt seams (the most difficult to blend) feathered 2+ feet to make them disappear. I literally walked around my basement with a flashlight on the seams to look for imperfections, and I saw none. Flawless finish job. WOW, I can't wait to paint, finish and make use of the new space.

I am absolutely pleased with the project! He was able to make a very complex rehab job look simple and the quality is unparalleled. The job started on time and finished just ahead of schedule. Even other contractors commented on the quality and professionalism of his work.

We had an excellent experience with Rob. He is responsive, prompt and employs a very professional and competent crew. We had a flood in our basement and after the restoration company left we needed drywall replaced and painted. The quote for the work was very reasonable considering the size of the job. Rob is very easy to work with and we highly recommend him.

This was a top rated contractor experience. High level of communication before and during job, excellent workmanship, easy to work with. The job priced out higher than all other estimates but I hired because I could tell even before the work began the high level of professionalism and integrity were worth the cost difference. I would without a doubt use again and recommend to others.

It went great. I honestly cannot think of anything that didn't go well, or according to plan. Rob laid out the schedule, worked effeciently and explained everything during his daily progress reports. His crew is professional, pleasant and extremely cosiderate of being in someone else's home. Additionally, they collaborated with my plumber, whom I had called in to check the plumbing when they did the initial demo. They did everything according to plan, and cleaned up the entire mess, which is no small task with drywall repair. The job was done for the price quoted and they even did a little extra for no charge! When does that ever happen? They did an amazing job.I would not hesitate to call them again! They truly showed exceptional customer service!

Rob and his team were professional and completed quality work in a timely manner. Significant rainfall and humidity prevented the new drywall and paint from drying so they used fans to accelerate the drying process. They were also very clean while working which was important as tenants occupied the apartments while the work was being completed. It was very helpful to have one company provide the drywall, taping and painting services.

Rob (the owner) and his crew were absolute professionals. They not only were prompt, friendly, and very courteous, but always accommodating and beyond. From start to finish they showed attention to detail and daily cleaned all areas so we could live our lives as normal as possible even though there was a lot of work constantly being done, the project took two weeks to complete.
