I had been trying for three days to get other CO. to call me , with no luck.! I tried Angie’s list and before I was even done with my search, Raymond called me, he sent some one to quote the job.. they were here in about 15 min..He gave a quote, which I thought was very reasonable, and said they could do the work right then. So I had them do it right then there. They were Very quick and thorough. They also took down a large branch that was encroaching on my house. They cleaned everything up. They were all very nice. I'm very happy with their work.can't say enough about them. Thank you to your guys and you Raymond.

Couldn't be better; they cleaned up behind themselves & worked quickly & efficiently. All crew members were extremely courteous.

Two men from the company came to my house in a pickup truck to remove the tree They said they could not finish the job, which included removing sections of the tree roots (but not grinding), because the ground was frozen hard. They said they would come back when the weather warmed up. I paid them for the total job (a mistake). They never came back. When I called the owner, Raymond, he said he would call me to schedule a time the following week to finish the job. He never called. They took my payment but apparently had no intention of returning. Because they are unreliable, I will get someone else to finish the job.

It was a tricky removal with a crooked tree 30-40 feet high that was partially in a hole it had made on the roof. A pasture fence was very near by. They successfully removed the tree without causing any additional damage to roof or other property. They came out within an hour to give an estimate and then back in two hours to do the work which took five people about an hour. Happy with the work and results. Would definitely hire again. I thought it was a little pricey at first but watching what they did, they earned their money. They also cut up the wood to firewood lengths. <br />

They did a good job overall but there were some casualties. They damaged our concrete driveway, broke our dog bowl, left a trench in our yard from where the tree fell and broke our cable line. Other that they worked really hard and fast. <br />

Ricardo arrived in a timely manner to provide an estimate of service. He explained the process of tree removal and all components associated with the potential job. <br /> <br />Ricardo and his team arrived at the prescribed time. They were efficient and methodical in their approach to tree removal. The team knew exactly what to do and demonstrated expertise utilizing a crane to remove the fallen trees.  They made light work of a large job. <br /> <br />They completed the job w/in 4 hrs and cleaned the site achieving my complete satisfaction.  The team assessed the site and had complete regard of the property and potential obstacles to overcome.  They did an excellent job!!!!  I will plan to use their services again. <br />

We were very anxious about getting these huge trees dropped without damaging our home or other landscaping.  We have used other tree services in the past but none come close to the professionalism and competency of the RG Professionals crew.  We are extremely pleased with their work and will use them again, soon. <br /> With all the various tree services it is difficult to sort through to find the gems.....RG Professionals are just such a find. <br />
