Enrique and Alex performed the task. They were punctual, polite and very quiet, which I was very happy with. I expected the hose and insulation to have been noisy. Great job, thanks so much.

Israel of RGS was pleasant, prompt, and responsive in his communications with me. He had his crew clean the area just a few days after the assessment and they did an excellent job. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from RGS and I would highly recommend them to friends, family, or anyone who has had issues with rats in their home.

I own a 1937 farmhouse in Whatcom County. I had concerns about the insulation in the crawl space and the attic. The owner of RGS came to my home and spent an hour inspecting the areas I was concerned about after which he sat down with me, explained what was needed and gave me a bid to do the work. The owner is as professional, knowledgeable and courteous as any business owner I have ever met. He quoted me a great price and gave me the highest quality of service I could have hoped for. I was so happy with RGS that I asked him to inspect the crawl spaces of two rental properties I own in Bellingham. I highly recommend that you ask RGS for to bid on any of your insulation needs. You will not be disappointed.

We had two separate attic spaces and they ran into some difficulties with amount of left over shingles and oddities left in one attic space and some equipment problems. But came back a second day to finish the job with better equipment and more people. It wasn't an easy job and it was located in an attic that i couldn't even begin to get into. So I am happy with the work and glad it was done correctly.
I knew I needed to have some work done under my home after having an energy assessment done earlier in the year, and needed to get it done before this winter set in. I first contacted the contractor that was recommended by the company doing the assessment. His bid sounded way too high for what he was going to do.
So I went to my trusted source "Angie's List" for a second bid. After reviewing the different contractors available, I selected RGS Crawl Space Insulation. I scheduled an appointment and Kevin Peterson (Sales Manager) came out. I explained what I needed and he went under my home to assess what really needed to be done. Afterward we reviewed his findings versus what I had been told before by the other contractor. He wrote up a bid for what we had agreed upon. RSG's bid was very reasonable for the amount of work that was going to be done.
We scheduled a date and time for the work to be done. They were at my home right on time and immediately started working under my home. My existing insulation was in bad shape, it had rodent feces and carcasses just about throughout. It was nasty. The whole job took about 5 hours. Kevin came by the next morning and took pictures of the work done for me.
I was very impressed with the quality of work, quality of materials and the price. I now have a new, clean safe crawl space under my home and I don't have to worry about frozen pipes, drafts, or nasty rodents. I have already noticed a different in the floor temperature on cool mornings.
As a side note, my brother needed to have a vapor barrier put under the home he was selling. He knew I had just had some work done and was very happy with the results. He asked me to contact my contractor RSG for a bid to do his place. RGS gave him a price and consequently has done his home as well.
I will recommend this company to anyone who needs insulation work done. As a matter of fact, I am going to have them come out next Spring/Summer and check on my ceiling insulation to make sure it is up to the level it should be.

He contacted me quickly once I had contacted the company. He came out that week, and spent about an hour. He made some recommendations on things to correct then gave me a quote for the work.

RGS was responsive and quick. I received several bids for the work needed and they were the least expensive by far. They provided a bid on a Thursday and started the work the very next Monday and didn't not leave until the job was done. They took several pictures afterwards and WOW! What a great job. They removed all trash and materials, and did exactly what they said with no surprises or up selling. I saved $1700 on the next lowest bid. Great job! Great price! Great people!
Israel and his assistant did a tremendous job cleaning out the rat infested attic, removing debris, old insulation, and replacing with new batted insulation R-49 x 24 sq. ft. deep. They were very careful with what they did and cleanup really well afterwards, leaving no mess behind. He showed me the before and after pictures, I was very happy with the hard work he putted into this.
Now my house will stay warm during the winter and cool during the hot summer days. Israel always goes an extra mile, he is sincere, pleasure to work with, and conscientious of what he does. I definitely will use him again and recommend him to everyone else!
Excellent! I called RGS Crawl Space Insulation and Israel (the owner) called back almost immediately and came out the next day to look at my crawl space (CS) and advise me on what he felt needed to be done. RGS did excellent work for a very good price.
While our home is older, we were told that it had been completely renovated just before we bought it and that the crawl space was part of that renovation. Our home inspector made a note on the report that some areas of CS needed more insulation and that the vapor barrier needed replace - which the seller agreed to put a new vapor barrier down before the sale became final but not address putting in more insulation (most of the CS had new insulation it was just a small area that needed addressed ... or so we thought. So I called RGS to out to inspect the insulation and because I was concerned about the lack of a sealed door into the CS.
After speaking a significant amount of time under the house Israel came to tell me the bad news. He explained in detail (and with pictures that he had taken under the house) that while the insulation throughout the CS was indeed new it had been installed so BADLY that within the 4 months we had lived in the home it had come detached from the subfloor and was almost all falling down. He explained that it looked like the contractor had simply used some kind of spray glue and string to attached the insulation. This was not good he said and explained that normally, a good contractor, will install wood lath to hold the insulation in place (he showed me pictures of previous homes he had worked on so I could see what the lath should look like)..
He showed me an area of about 300 sqft that was never insulated at all. The previous contractor had gone to all the trouble to buy the insulation but had left the bags untouched under the house and in addition he showed me where they had just sprayed 'foam' insulation into the holes in the concrete foundation to seal them. Almost none of the ducts had been insulated and when they had come back to relay a new vapor barrier before closing they had simply thrown it over the old dirty one.
RGS Crawl Space did a tremendous job for us. Making sure that everything was perfect before they left and that my husband & I were 110% satisfied with their work - which we were. They even took pictures of the completed work and sent them to us for extra piece of mind.
We got 110% satisfaction for a very, very reasonable price.

Del came out one day, gave us an estimate and the next day they were here working. It took them about 5 hours and they were done. Beautiful job, so clean under the house now. We are very happy with the whole process they provided.
