Lance came out and gave me a bid for adding insulation in my attic along with a solar attic fan. I was very pleased with the whole process from the initial bid to the final product. We are waiting on better weather to add the attic solar fan. I could not be more pleased with Lance and his company employees. I will only recommend this company to others in the future. It's always a pleasure to deal with courteous and professional contractors <br />

Lance was great from the start, friendly and professional. He was our first bid and after 3 other bids we went with Rhino. We appreciated his responsiveness and we felt at ease knowing he was handling all the details. I am a stay at home mom and having workers in your home for two days is never fun, but Lance made sure they were inside minimally making my experience better. Lance was also responsive to my call after the job and he has some slight repairs to make because of the natural wear and tear process on a section of our ceiling. He is coming next week to complete repairs. <br />

<p>Did an excellent job. I inspected the attic after the job was completed and they covered the entire area with 13 to 14 inches of the new insulation. They even blew insulation into hard to get to areas in the attic.</p> <br />

Those people were great. I knew them by their names because I knew them. They were actually recommended to me by the company I hired to add insulation to my attic. They told me about these 2 guys that had the business. I told them that I re-caulked my house every 2 or 3 years and they mentioned these guys to me. I called them and they came out; it was a father and son. I went around with them and they showed me what I have been doing wrong. It was roughly half of their retail price I paid. It was a big deal purchase. They had a special on the window sills; the normal caulking around the windows. The people I bought the house from had a glazing company come in and replace some of the windows with the wrong thickness of dual pane glass. The aluminum frame was made for one-half inch think dual pane windows. It was ready made in the factory. They put in three-eighths so I had an eighth of an inch gap about 4 of my windows. The seal had been compromised and there was fog inside the windows. I had the previous owner fix all that but he did it with the wrong glasses. Rhino Energy Solutions showed me that problem. Then I had him go in with a life time silicone caulk which is different than the normal caulking they use. He did the best fix he could do; it was short of replacing the window for all of the ones that was installed wrong. Two of them are in the living room. My wife and I immediately noticed that the amount of cold air blowing in from the north windows was reduced by them doing that. I had no idea that I even had that leak around the window. It takes somebody who knows glasses to see that there was an error over there. They did this in the same week I went from a 9 to a 39 R rating in my attic. It wasn’t possible to figure out how much I saved on my electric bill because of the caulking. I could feel the difference in the house. I went around with the father and the son and watched them do everything they did. They were pretty careful. This craftsman was willing to teach me part of his trade. I have been caulking my home myself since I bought it. He showed me how important it was to dig out the old caulk. He told me putting new caulk over old caulk doesn’t really work; it may be aesthetic. Their responsiveness was excellent. They showed up when they said they would be here.

Lance Elliott and another guy arrived at our house right on time and they worked for 12 straight hours to get the job done....they never even stopped to eat even though we told them to take a break. They were very professional and knowledgeable. <br /> We don't yet have an electric bill to compare but are very much looking forward to having a cooler upstairs this summer, especially since we have a 3 month old son whose room is upstairs. <br />
