It went fantastic. Scheduling wise the gentlemen at Rhino Radon were quick to respond to our inquiry via there website were I filled out a online questionnaire. Once speaking to Henry about the specifics of my home via phone and letting him no my situation. They were prompt in scheduling a date for installation to assure my radon problem didn't delay my ability to sell the home. From the time I filled out there questionnaire on there website till the system was installed and fully operational, all took place In one weeks time. I no from experience that these days the attentiveness and service Rhino Radon provided me can be difficult to find. Having recently just finished the process of building my own home in Malden and dealing with a wide range of company's and workers. It's the little things that stand out like personal treatment,responding quick to inquiries or concerns and of course taking the time to do things properly the first time around while still treating the home with respect. Rhino Radon came recommended to me via a friend and I couldn't thank them enough for steering me in the right direction for my radon mitigation needs. I have worked with many contractors,plumbers,electricians, etc. in my time owning two homes. On here in New England and the other in Pembroke Pines,FL. These gentlemen from rhino radon services were deffinelty personable and proffesional I felt like my home was in good hands with this company. After calling around and having a job scheduled with another mitigation company I was blown off and left with a short deadline. Luckily after speaking with Henri from rhino radon they were able to squeeze me right in your schedule the very next day even though they had two other jobs scheduled they showed up at 5pm and still completed the job to ensure I met my closing date, if your looking for a standout and accommodating radon company I would say look no farther then rhino radon. He was on time, arrived at 9am as quoted and began to install the system. The system required two suction points and a sump pit cover. The sump pit originally had a pedestal pump in place and none of the other radon companies would change the pedestal pump to a submersible pump as required for the mitigation system to function properly. Rhino Radon not only changed the pump but installed a back flow check valve to ensure proper functioning of the system. All of the other companies said we would have to employ a plumber or a handy man to get this done. Had we gone that route the closing would not have happened. Rhino Radon gladly did all the work required and didn't even break for lunch!!! He was more concerned with getting us out of the vacant house seeing we are already down the cape. The system that involved a crawl space and being vented through the garage roof was completed immaculately and the test results came back at 0.5 pCil/L. This pleased the lender and buyer and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Rhino Radon Services. <br />
