First, I must say the final product looks amazing. Juan was very professional. He always wanted to make sure we would be happy with the outcome. Juan went as far as to drive me around the neighborhood to show me some examples of paint schemes, only to ensure I would be happy with what I choose as the customer. He overcame a number of unforeseen obstacles, which were unavoidable when you consider the age of the home and the years of neglect. I feel Rhino Roofing and Construction is a company I will continue to use and I hope to maintain a professional relationship with Juan and his team.

Juan, the owner came to my home immediately (on a Monday) after I placed a request thru Angie's List. I was given a verbal quote for the repair work of $150 (first mistake - getting a verbal quote). Juan stated he would be back to my home either Wednesday or Thursday of that week. I finally contacted Juan late Thursday (after no contact from him) and asked as to where he was at for the repair. Juan explained he was on the other side of town on a "Big" roofing job and asked if he could complete the work for me on either Friday or Saturday of the same week. I explained that Saturday would be great. I waited and waited on Saturday and I finally contacted Juan again, he apologized that he could not make it due to another job. Juan asked if he could have his workers come to my house on the following Tuesday, I stated that would be fine. I verified the amount again and I was then told it would be $250. I explained that he had verbally quoted me $150, Juan explained that I was mistaken and he could not even but the roofing supplies for $150. Begruegingly I agreed to the $250. Once his workers arrived, they completed the repair in about 30 minutes, I paid them and they departed. I then inspected the back yard area and there was a plastic bottle from the workers in a bush in my yard and debris from the repair all over the pool deck area. I cleaned up after the workers, contacted Juan and he stated that he would send his workers back over to clean, I explained that had already been taken care of. I requested from Juan a printed copy receipt of the repair (May 18th) and a copy of his warranty, I am still waiting for these (May 22). I have contacted him everyday via text message and I am told the same thing - I'll send it to you. I would not recommend Juan or his company for repairs. He along with his workers are unprofessional.
