Exterior Home or Structure - Paint or Stain: Large
I had high expectations given the price, but this product has been disappointing. While it performed slightly better than standard paint, it eventually cracked and became heavily weather-beaten, which is unacceptable for a premium coating.
The initial installation crew were a bunch of undocumented, hard to communicate with, and demanded payment before the job was finished. Years later, a repair crew was much better, but I then learned the ?warranty? only covers materials?not labor?which is not clearly disclosed. Communication with the company became extremely difficult at one point. My calls went unanswered, and I eventually had to contact the manufacturer directly to express my dissatisfaction and inform them I would pursue remedies available to me under equity and law.
Overall, between durability issues, poor communication, unclear warranty terms, and installation problems, I cannot recommend this product or company.

Our house looks amazing. We first had our home painted by Rhino Shield of Michigan in 2010. It looks as good today as it did when they completed the job. We had our addition painted this fall and couldn't be more pleased with the results. A very professional company and great attention to detail.

It turned out wonderful! I would definitely give them the highest rating! They were fast and courteous; the product was as promised, and there were no hidden costs. The paint still looks great!
