My carpets and furniture look brand new. Good job. What I did like was the water dripping all over my tile floors. The cleaning agents was kind to my floor shine.

I purchased one of the deals through Angie's List. I called to schedule the service and was connected to a voicemail. I left a message with my name and number twice and never heard from the company. I got a refund from Angie's List.

It went well, the gentleman was on time. However, the "enzyme enhancing deordorizer" for any potential pet stains was just a standard general purpose cleanser ( lavender fabuloso in this case) added to his cleaning machine for an additional $20.

It went great. Our carpets were pretty dirty. We had not cleaned them professionally in a while. We have big dogs which stay in the home at night and drag dirt no matter what you do. He got all of the spots up and the carpet looked so much better. We will continue to use his services. He was very polite and professional. Overall excellent service!

I bought the carpet cleaning on Groupon and when I called Charles to schedule I asked about his upholstery cleaning services. He built a package for me which my already purchased Groupon and agreed to do all services in one visit. He arrived on time on the day of the service and provided exceptional service! I only wish I had taken before and after pics of our couch that my 2 year old spills and draws on. It looked like a brand new couch. The carpet looked great too! We will definitely be hiring again!

The technician arrived on time and he steamed cleaned our carpet as well as perform a (necessary) pet treatment. We have 3 dogs that love to throw fits when we leave them with a dog sitter! We came back from vacation to a horrible smelling house! After the tech left my husband and I immediately noticed a difference in how well he did compared to the other companies we have used in the past. Will certainly be using him again. Our carpets look amazing and you wouldn't even be able to tell we have pets! Highly recommend giving rhino clean your business. <br />
