The company is a cheat. They charged me twice (total of $2400) and refuse to refund the double payment of $1200

As expected

First let me say that the persons who came to my house were very nice and personable. This was the only mold remediation company that wanted $53.00 to inspect my home. Every other company, (I had 4 others who inspected for free) I had to call this company twice after sending an email. I figured they were not responding because I had not paid the $53.00. Once I paid, I still did not hear from them so I called again and they finally came out, (at night). Now part of the inspection involves looking at your home to see how water is getting into the house. At night, the inspection cannot be that thorough. Every other company inspected during the day. So I paid them to test whether there was mold on my first floor. That was on 10/13/17. I did get the results. No follow up from them. I had to call to see when they were going to give me an estimate for the work. I called several times and I would get a response like they would get back to me. Well after a while you realize they do not need your business when they do not respond. You cannot run a business that way. At least have the decency to call the customer and say, you're too busy or the job is too small etc. It's not professional not to return a call. Since 10/13/17 I probably heard from this firm 4 times. In any event, I'm trying to figure out how they were rated so high on Angie's list. I hired another company who was very professional and got the job done.

Beware of this Guy! He a Cheat and a fraud. Mold remediation was done. He asked for 50% payment before hand which I paid by credit card. As soon as he finished the work, he called me and asked for the balance 50% even though I had not yet inspected the work but I paid him the balance again by credit card. A few weeks later, for some technical tax reasons, my account told me that I needed to pay by a check instead of a credit card. I called RK and asked if he was willing to acomodate by receiving a 2nd payment by check for the full amount and issuing a credit on the card card. He agreed and said that was no problem. I issued him a check for the full amount it cleared but he would not issue a refund on the credit card. When after several tries when he actually came on the phone his response was "I don't have the money to refund you". I was mighty upset and threatened to dispute the charge on the credit card. He said that I should do that and that when the credit card company asks him to confirm, he will not confirm thereby the dispute will stand. This was very strange way of giving a refund but I had no option but to do so. Contrary to his assurance he fought the dispute and I am still fighting with the credit card company.

I felt so grateful that I found RHK. Not only they did a superb remediation job, with reasonable pricing, they went above and beyond. They are very friendly and willing to handle other details to make their customers happy. They are the contractors you can trust and rely on.

To start got there later than stated no respect for ur time I kept close eye on them the worker looked confuse what he was doing in & out constantly smoking they say they going to wire brush all mold they didn't they painted over not acceptable so many things went wrong I can't write it all I am not a happy customer u been warned

It went smoothly.... It went so well that I won't hesitate to tell you to stop your search and call this man....do not feel uncomfortable....don't waste anymore of your time and don't let health issues become a concern.... Rajay is on your side....as he has been and is on mine.... And he is consistently reminding me to contact him with any questions.... Thank you Rajay for all.

I called 5 companies. All of them came, but only 3 of them ever bothered to send me an estimate (what a strange industry!) Only Rajay crawled into all the less accessible areas of our attics and really assessed the problem. The work was done quickly, thoroughly and neatly, and the price was very good.

Mold is not a fun problem to have, but Rajay makes the removal process efficient and painless. He has a friendly, supportive, patient manner and is always faultlessly professional. He takes time beforehand to explain exactly what will be done, then does exactly what he promised and cleans up thoroughly afterward. He also gives a clear diagnosis of why the mold occurred and makes usable recommendations on how to prevent it from recurring. His prices are completely fair. I recommend him highly.

Rajaay is an extremely nice person I called him before our closing, he came to the property the following day, advise us that their was mold in the basement. I was worried and concern and thought this might have pulled me back from purchasing the home but Rajaay put us at ease and said its not major and he can take care of it. I needed an estimate ASAP for the closing to be finalized, he provided us everything in days. After closing he came in and did all the work in the basement with his guys in approximately 2 days. Rajaay and his team were fast, reliable, and very punctually I highly recommend, before him I had about 2-3 estimate from different companies. I am so glad I went with Rajaay and his team, we are even talking about other projects to be done at the house with his team. Hire him you wont regret it "THEY ARE THE BEST."

This is an excellent organization. Rajay met with me after work, and was happy to meet me when I was available. He explained the services his firm provides and he met our expectations for quality of work and value.

They very good work and they preform it fast, very professional and detailed in what they do. I'll be highly recommend them to all members that needs a drywall service.

Great to deal with

We had mold that was not visible but showed up in test. Rajay did a preliminary inspection, opened up a ceiling, cleaned up mold and fixed up ceiling again. They did a good job and did not mind making a couple of extra visits for final touch up. Highly recommended!

it went well

The work was done so quickly and efficiently! Although they tend to work later hours in the day, it fit perfectly into my busy schedule at the time. They were quick, clean and efficient. Rajay, the owner, was very easy to work with and detailed in his description and explanation of everything that needed to be done. There was no questions in my mind of what was needed up there!

Rajay was prompt professional and courteous. And at the end of the inspection he would not take any money for his services. Now I'm sure that doesn't" happen every time he does and inspection but it was a nice surprise. That being said i would recommend him without hesitation.

The work was completed promptly and after Rajay conducted a post-remediation air quality test, the results were fine - no issue remained. Rajay's follow-up and involvement in the work was excellent from start to finish.

we had a wonderful visit from Rajay. he was on time, helpful, and very in depth about all types of issues relating to the work we were interested in doing (mold prevention on an unfinished basement we are thinking about finishing). he followed up with suggestions even after the testing and our visit. overall we were extremely pleased!

Very smoothly. Rajay called me promptly and came the same day to look at the problem. Rajay was so responsive and understood my concerns. He said that they would come back in a few days and they did. Rajay and his team (Keith & Hussain) were polite, clean, efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. They completed the job the same day, as promised. I was very pleased. I would highly recommend them.
