RHP Mechanical Systems

This outfit saved my tail several times. My first house had a furnace installed by another firm back in 2011 or so: Lennox Elite Oil Fired Furnace Model #02305-140/154-6A SERVICE # 4609L49697 I had nothing but issues with the installation and I was told by the folks that installed it that it was an 'oil line' issue and I would need to spend 10s of thousands to repair it. I called RHP for a second opinion and voila, they noticed that the installation of the lines was done backward, and boom! All worked just fine. RHP saved me needless stress, costly needless repairs. I can't thank them enough for sending Dennis their Furnace expert.

I have had major HVAC issues in 2016. I had been working with a company that actually installed the plumbing backwards so my furnace would not fire up - long story. Anyway, there was an epic snow storm and it was cold and no heat. The furnace would not fire up. My neighbor recommended RHP and I called. They were no longer taking anymore clients. Their current workload was impossible. I begged and begged and the gal said, ok with a heavy sigh. Thank you :) They came out and voila. Fixed everything. They literally made it warm again and went above and beyond. In fact, the tech for a week checked in with me to make sure all was running smoothly. Who does this! Wow!!!! I can't express just how grateful I am to RHP and I am loyal. They made a physical difference in our lives. They made winter enjoyable. Thank you RHP for making winter safe again :)

I purchased a new furnace and a/c from RHP as part of the Costco rebate program and am very pleased with the results. Their estimator did a thorough evaluation of my house including doing a detailed calculation of the system I need to heat and cool my house. The installers were exceptional and made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving the jobsite

They're always on time. The guys did a real good job.

Overall, very happy with company.

The tech checked out the heating unit and discovered a pipe that was almost frozen. He corrected the problem and put a <br /> heating element on the pipe to keep it from freezing. He said if the problem had gone on much longer the pipe would have burst. <br />

The device is working great. I have not had any problems so far. They were pretty good in coming in on time. They took a couple days to get the device. Their pricing was okay.

They lied to me and overcharged me. They did not do what they said they were going to do.They did not follow up on there service.

Very nice job everything works perfectly.

Christopher was the Tech that did the work. He was knowledgeable and nice. They saved us over $1000 by letting us know that another service provider's "recommended" service really didn't need to be done. He explained why they recommended the work and why he thought it wasn't necessary.

They are expensive but their service is excellent.

It went well. We have been using RHP for the past ten years, and they have always done great work.
