The gentleman who came to do the repair was polite, thorough, and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. Problem fixed at a fair price. Unfortunately, he didn't show until 6.5 hours after the original appointment, though there was communication throughout the day. Still an inconvenience when I stayed home from work for the appointment, had to work late to make up for it, and then had to leave work again only to sit and wait for nearly an hour.

I took advantage of the Angie's List promotional coupon for an a/c tune-up. Jake was quick to respond to my request through Angie's List and scheduled me quickly and at a convenient time. Once here, he was thorough in cleaning inside and around my A/C unit. He did the proper diagnostics and discovered that my capacitor was leaking. He offered me an excellent deal to replace it and was able to come back in two day to do so once the part came in.

It went well. I was pleased. Their company phone rings in as anonymous. That's strange.

It went exceptionally well i was having problem with old furnace they came out found i had crack in my heat exchanger and price was so good i went ahead updated my air conditioner.They showed up on time,wore shoe covers for my white carpet got the job done quick and even did a couple of follow up phone calls checking to make sure i was happy with install.I am and i highley reccomed them and all my business is theres from now on.Im very satisfied with tbe company.
