I love the integrity that this company has. They answered the phone immediately, had me explain the problem and send them the model number. We set an appointment for 2 days later. A few hours passed by and I got a call from them. After doing some research on my make & model they thought they diagnosed the problem. They had me do a couple things and that confirmed their suspensions. They could have charged me a service call to tell me what they already knew. My dryer has gone to appliance heaven. But they didn't. Thank you for providing amazing customer service and proving that there are great small businesses out there truly working for the home owner.

Mark did a great job scheduling this repair on short notice and working around our schedule! It was a significant repair of our dryer which was squeaking very loudly. His price was very reasonable considering the time he spent on it and the parts that were replaced.
