Jason Rice responded on Oct.25 with a quote. In the quote he stated it would take 2 days to complete. the job took him and his crew 7 days to complete. upon inspection there is gaps between the boards that should not be there. Main railing post is not secured and loose. At the bottom of the stairs they mixed up a concrete step that is breaking up. The entire roof is not up to code and each seam is lifting up where water could get in. The screws for the metal roof were not installed properly, I asked Jason to use the flashing that we bought and he said that he did. After hiring a roofer to look at it he stated that there was no flashing that he could see. The roof rafters that they installed are too far apart, 6x6 support in wrong place, 1x4 boards should have been placed at the end of metal roof, messed up our vinyl siding, wasted a good bit of lumber, water leaked on the porch where it connected to house, because flashing was not used. Called them for 3 days with no response from them. The roof needs to be completely done over. Did not have the equipment that they needed for the job. Had to loan them our Auger, Level, circular saw, ladders, saw horses, and tin snips that they took with them. Also, they had no way of disposing of the old material.

Took so long had to finish i had to finish it myself and it was not done with the expected level of quality or professionalism.

Poor work quality, did not finish job, results are very problematic, lack of knowledge of construction.

Jason completed the work & I was amazed to be able to get it completed on a holiday weekend.

Jason built us a deck and made sure we was happy with it! 10/10 recommend! Will be using him again!

Jason did a great job with the fence I had him build. Will definitely have him back out here to do more work

My dad needed a shelter from rain over his vehicles and equipment so we called Jason out to give us a solution and he suggested a pole barn and quoted as at a good price. Him and his guys were there everyday making progress until the project was complete. We sure appreciate the price and finished project it looks great and is exactly what we needed!
