Good Communication, Fast, Clean, Organized and Great Craftsmanship. I found these guys on Angie's List on a weekend and had a new walkway installed by the end of the week (it would have been sooner, but it rain almost everyday ). I say my favorite thing about dealing with them, was the communication. I received constant updates leading up, during and upon completion of the project. I also appreciated thier suggestion and recommendations on the style and quality of the project.

Great experience in working with Richard Construction?s team. I awarded them initial job and was impressed with punctuality, professionalism, communication, 1st class equipment and work ethic that we ended up awarding (2) additional jobs. I was kept informed by PM Mike, Material Support runner and enjoyed Field Lead Carlos and his crew working together (but each on their own) toward completion. Company was quick to respond with a very competitive quote. They were able to get to our project quickly and completed it very fast. We had old driveway removed and expanded. The crew was fantastic, efficient and kept a clean job site. They came back promptly to remove the forms and backfill the area. They also laid bricks on step that was replaced and it looks better than the original. The project manager, Mike, was great to work with. Very responsible, if I sent a text I got an immediate response. Richard Construction did a great job, would definitely use them again. Lots of neighbors have stopped by admire the project.

In a situation I had with one of my walks, I knew this company would supply whatever amount of river sand was needed, and they did. Also, I have six inches of concrete which will be helpful in this unpredictable and bad weather we endure from year-to-year. They were a pleasure to work with.
