No he stole money and jewelry! My husband found needles in our backyard and my daughter said she seen him smoking a clear long pipe in his work truck when she came home from school! I don't recommend this company for anybody to hire they're obviously drug addicts and their workmanship was horrible

Driveway started cracking the first week he finished and he came back to patch his lousy work. The french drain wasn't over the control cut line and only a inch of concrete was laid over the drain. We won our case in small claims court only to find out Richard claimed bankruptcy . Do not use any service by Richard Bosley he also adds extra water to the cement to make it go further.Our driveway is falling apart and we are going to have to get another driveway poured. He only had 1 employee too, took a week to complete our driveway, only because he was so slow.Don't use him or his service, buyer beware!!!!!!

The concrete deck came out fine. He placed a large concrete truck on top of my concrete driveway and severely cracked it in six different places. He returned a couple of times and attempted to repair the damage but has not succeeded. During his last attempt he saw-cut a 36" x 36" box around one of the cracks and left it that way. That was in August. He hasn't returned. When we contacted him to finish the repairs he told us to sue him, that he was filing Chapter seven.

After meeting Richard and showing him what I wanted done, he assured me that he was a professional, did top quality work and all of my concerns would be no problem. I needed it done ASAP. He told me he could do the job in a week and it would only take a couple of days. We agreed on a price and he asked for a $2200 deposit which I gave him on February 5. He scheduled the job and was here the next week but the container he ordered had not been delivered so he would try the next day. Again, no container, but a phone call to explain and reschedule. With February weather it took a couple more weeks, no problem, it's concrete, you need dry ground and no rain forecast. Finally on February 19th the container was delivered and Richard was here the following morning and did the work described above and said they would be here Monday morning at 8AM to be ready to pour at 10-11AM.  Weather looks good for Monday with rain on Tuesday thru Thursday. I am getting excited now. My new driveway extension will be a reality Monday. NOT! Monday morning I was up by 6:30 and had my front door open at 8 watching for activity. Nothing until 10, and it was a phone call. It was Richard. We have a problem he says. I lost my debit card and Titan will not take my company check, I need you to pay for the concrete. NO WAY AM I DOING THAT! I already gave him more than enough money to pay for the concrete. He said he had expected to receive a replacement card by now but hadn't. Unless his mailman comes before 10AM he knew that Saturday. He said he had to cancel the concrete and reschedule for Tuesday or Titan scratched the 10-11AM delivery because it was not paid for. Then he said he had the money in his account but was trying to save time so he called me for the money. He has plenty of time now that the delivery is rescheduled. I told him to go by the bank and get a cashiers check payable to Titan drawn on his account. Must have struck a nerve because he wanted to know if I was really going to be a JERK. A JERK ? Are you kidding me ? You're calling me a JERK ? Told him to get his equipment out of here, he was finished with it anyway. Have not heard from him since and have left a number of messages. What a professional businessman you are. I think he blew the money I gave him or used it for something else other than my driveway because it's not done yet. Don't give him any money up front or you may regret it. <br />

They did all of this in one day.  The next day, the concrete was delivered and Mr. Bosley and crew had it poured and did a beautiful job of finishing it. On the third day, they returned to remove the framing, clean up the yard and fill the dirt in around the new concrete. All of the old concrete was hauled away the same day it was torn out. Mr. Bosley was quite efficient, used good quality materials, and did a super job. I couldn't be more pleased. <br />

The first co. I called couldn't do the job until spring.  I called Mr. Bosley on a Monday and he started the job on Wednesday. They were careful, skilled and very polite.  The job was done quickly and we were very pleased with the work.  Mr. Bosley is very conscientious.  I would definitely use him again. <br />

I had a jacuzzi tub leak and contacted a contractor that was recommended by my insurance company that were supposed to help dry my house out, which ended up taking 10 days.  Through the dry out process they completely demolished my home.  The original company was to act as a general contractor to manage to all the subs for the repairs., however, they were not able to get the subs scheduled and my home remained in this disasterous state.  <br /> <br /> I called Richard Bosely Renovations and they were able to repair and renovate all of the issues that had resulted from the original problem and original contractor incompetence.  Richard came in with a great deal of enthusiam and pride.  He treated my home as his own.  His team was excellent.  They cleaned up very well everyday.  You could only tell that they had been there that day, due to the visible results.  They did a lot of custom work, which all turned out fabulous.  They arrived on time everyday and were prepared to start work right away.  The project also always remained on schedule (unless they were waiting on me). <br /> <br /> Richard Bosely was extremely helpful in answering all of the questions that I during the process of the planning and purchasing of the fixtures that were involved. 

The work was performed over a period of several days - - each day the temperature was 95 degrees or greater. Mr. Bosely did the work using a helper. They arrived on time, worked with just a few breaks, were neat and cleaned up after each day's work. I had to call Mr. Bosely back several days after work completion to redo a board where the sap had leaked through the paint and to rechalk in numerous areas where the chalk seal had expanded and broken open probably due to the high heat. He arrived the next day and fixed the problems.

Overall? Smooth, inexpensive and on time
