12 weeks in and the job that was only supposed to be 10 days or less and is still not completed. Was charged extra for work that was already covered in the contract. One excuse after another. Mr. Richard has been the most unprofessional person I have had the displeasure to deal with. No respect for our property. Trash left everywhere, the work that has been done is subpair to say the least and all work not done. The original estimate was for $12,500.00 we have paid $15,461.00. On 4 different occasions I have come to the house and found it left unattended and unlocked, 3 times the basement door was standing open, 1 time the front door unlocked, the living room window open with the screen out and my fan running.

He was able to do 2 weeks worth of week in 1 week. And it turned out great, couldn't be happier. The price was a lot better then what i thought it would be. Would highly recommend this company!
