This company was hired to put a drain pan under a hot water heater at my second residence. The work was performed while the house was vacant and unfortunately without me being there to supervise. When I did later see the work that was performed, I was upset. The drain pan looked like it had been 'man handled" and damaged. I contacted Richard F Haynie Inc several times to have someone take a look at it and possibly replace it. Each time I contacted them, I was ignored and the work was never completed to my satisfaction. They didn't send me a bill and I figured it was because they weren't going to charge me for the poor workmanship, but over a year later, while auditing there invoices, they sent me a bill with late fees included!!! I was outraged. This company can't even manage their accounts receivable much less do good work.

They were great! They responded very quickly. So, I would give them a good grade. The only problem is, I couldn?t get them to send me a bill. That was in early May, I didn?t get a bill till October. It kind of aggravated me about the bill. I kept calling them about the bill. Then I finally said, well I?m not going to call anymore, if they don?t care, I?m not going to care, then I got it in October. It took a long time what, 6 months to get a bill.  <br /> <br /> I think their price was very fair. I top grade for what they did. The guy was there for quite a few hours. He did a real good job. He was there for one full afternoon, so I would give him an ?A?. Responsiveness was very good. I was very happy with them. The bill was the only thing that was bothersome.

The plumber for Richard F. Haynie Inc plumbing was punctual, explained the work to be performed and replaced my faulty water main shutoff valve coming from my well. He performed the work quickly and without issue. The job site was cleaned up and I was pleased with the service. I was also impressed with the receptionist who coordinated the service call - great communication an I appreciated the quick scheduling with me - the customer! I will not hesitate to call them in the future.

Mike arrived on time and was very professional. Since we are on well water, he explained what that meant as we have never lived off of well water before. He then checked the systems water pressure by checking all the fittings for each bathroom and the kitchen. Through that check he looked at all the filters for clogs in all of the faucets. he then went under the house to check and turn up the pressure on our well system to give us better flow throughout the house. <br />

It was a very pleasant , positive, professional and thorough meeting which included an explanation concerning the contract coverage, the handling of scheduling service dates and routine calls for service. Presently awaiting receipt of contract. <br />

Products are reasonably priced and well installed. Mr Haynie and his employees are experienced and do an excellent job of installation and maintenance.

I called.  His wife answers the office phone.  She will usually call you back and tell you when he can come out.  He usually has a 2nd person helping him on his calls. He is a licensed electrician, plumber and also a heating and A/C guy.  In the past we had used different other people for different things and sometimes they don't even call you back or show up when they say they will but I must say that since we first used Mr. Haynie we would not use anyone else.  The only negative thing is that it takes FOREVER to get a bill from them.  I am talking literally months.  I have tried to pay him when he comes out but he smiles and says we will get a bill.  Very nice man and does very good work.  Would highly recommend.

They seemed to to a good job and they were responsive and showed up. They took care of what they needed to do, which is more than I can say from other plumber I have tried to contract. I would recommend them to others. They got the job done in about a day and a half. They had to order a new pump.
