I hired Richard Noll to power wash and stain my deck. Before arriving Richard asked me about the HOA requirements for the stain. When he arrived, he verified with me the type of stain to use and purchased the stain at Home Depot. He also noticed and showed me that the lattice was pulling away from the deck and a few boards that needed to be nailed down. Richard fixed the deck and completed the deck. The deck looks great! I will hire Richard again. Richard also fixed a toilet for me.

Richard is great! He came gave me a price and did such beautiful work. He cleaned up so well that you wouldn't notice there was so much work done. The paint job was impeccable and Richard is very hardworking and very reliable. I would not only recommend him, but I would hire him in a minute. The cost was very reasonable.

Richard was very responsive in returning calls and scheduling work. One item that I wanted done was to have a door which sticks adjusted so it didn't stick. It was actually a little worse after he left but with some consistency in the weather, it doesn't stick as much any more.

He was fine. He also helped with the smoke detector which was not even part of the initial job. He was very accommodating. My husband was disable at the time and he could not do these things. So he was just fine. It took less than an hour and he cleaned up after he finished.

He forgot initial appointment time but responded when we called to remind him. Came out and assessed what needed to be done and returned 2 days later to finish the 3 jobs.

I left a telephone message for Richard and he returned the call within minutes. Even though it was a Saturday and he lived 40 minutes away, he arrived in a couple of hours for this small job and worked in the cold 31 degree weather to remove dangling siding and nail down the remaining strips. He removed the dangling metal piece, which had caused me much concern. He was courteous and professional, and worked with me in solving the problems. He spent a little extra time, as he said, to make sure things were done right. Excellent work, excellent worker.

It went very well. Richard came out on time, evaluated the problem and called me back with an estimate. He completed the work in about an hour and called me with a detailed account of his work. His price was reasonable and he takes credit which was really helpful. Richard was very polite and professional. I will surely work with him again!
