Mr. Richard Ross was very professional and insightful regarding my reinstallation of my stackable washer and dryer. I needed them to be taken down and placed horizontally. He determined the best way to do the job and even reconfigured the shelving in the laundry room for more effective usage with regard to the new arrangement. He did more than I expected and anticipated. I truly appreciated his suggestions and his follow through. He has a confident and calming demeanor while he displays a positive “Get it done” attitude. Mr. Ross did all work efficiently also. I was very comfortable with his expertise and how he explained what was needed and how he processed his plans. I have more complex jobs that I will be retaining him to complete in the near future. I am sure I will be well pleased with those jobs, as I am well pleased now. I do recommend his services.
