Mr Richardson quoted me a price of $3800.00 over the phone never anything on paper. He was there 2 times each time I gave him a check for $1900.00. He replaced the breaker box inside the house and some wires on the outside of the house. He contacted the inspector . On th day the inspector was to be there Mr Richardson was supposed to be there and pay the inspector. He called me and asked if I could leave a check in the breaker box for the inspector that he was not able to be there that day and he would give me the $88.00 back when he came back the next week to finish the job. I never saw him again I ask for an invoice and the $88.00 back that I paid the inspector he never answered my texts. After numerous attempts to call him he answered he said he was sorry that he had been super busy and would be there the next week and bring me an invoice and return the $88.00 that I paid the inspector. He never came. He didnt finish the work. He didnt caulk around the breaker box or install 5 light fixtures. I have texted and called many times and ask if he would just mail me an invoice and the $88.00 I can not get any response. This has went on since August.

Benny was great! He communicates well and showed up on time (that alone sets him apart from other contractors, believe me). He was extremely knowledgeable and offered a fair quote for the installation. My initial placement was unrealistic and he suggested a better spot that would even save me $$. We’re getting Benny lined up for some other properties we own. Definitely recommend.

very clean professional job. Benny kept me in the loop as he contacted the Electric Co and the Inspector. He showed up when he said he would and was a pleasure to work with. Very happy with the work he did.

Richardson Electric rewired and upgraded the electric service in my home about twenty years ago. The work was professional and still functioning beautifully today. I would call them again to do any electric work I needed.
