<p>I contacted Ed (owner) via e-mail and provided him the address of my mothers home in Bremerton for gutter cleaning and roof treatment. I live in Bellevue and my mother is elderly. Ed asked me a couple questions about the house and how much moss I thought was on the roof (little clumps, as house gets lots of sun). Ed provided me a bid of $300 + tax.</p> <p>Ed showed up right on time and did a great job. He also made my mom feel comfortable and suggested a couple things we should consider in the future. Impressing my mom is not easy, so Ed must be a super guy. We will be using him again in the future.</p> <br />

Ed was very easy to contact by phone or email. He was prompt, courteous, professional and very careful around my home and landscaping. He will be performing some more work for us on a different job and I would highly recommend Ed Richards.
