I had a broken sprinkler pipe under some tree roots, so I called Richard's Sprinkler Repair for help. An appointment was made, and Richard showed up right on time. The repair was completed promptly and professionally. I showed Richard some other problems I was having, and again, they were repaired promptly and professionally. The work was completed for a fair price. I would hire Richard again in a minute for any other sprinkler problems. I highly recommend Richard for any sprinkler repair.

They were fast, efficient and I was very happy with the service and I have used a coupon for the service and it was very good.

I had used Richard on an earlier repair and liked him and liked the work he did. When I wanted an extension of my existing system I called him. Unfortunately, the new drip system broke underground almost immediately. When I called to get it repaired, I was told I would have to go to the back of the line. In the mean time, I can't use the sprinklers and the front yard is dying in the heat. If your work fails within days of being installed, good customer service would seem to call for fixing it as soon as possible.

Very well, he came for an estimate and wound up fixing everything. One week later we had a minor problem and he answered immediately and is coming in the same day to fix the issue.

Richard showed up on the scheduled day, called to say he would be a bit late as he had three other clients already that morning. He worked quickly, fixed my issues and was very collaborative on how/what to do. He gave me options for areas where there was more than one solution. The price was very reasonable.

Perfect couldn’t have asked for a better guy n company. Even after work completed I called regarding an issue I was having n her returned my call on a Saturday n walked me through my issue. Couldn’t recommend a better company Richard really knows his stuff.

Sebastian was the only person I interviewed who really knew what he was doing, estimated with fair prices and labor (no surprises), completed the work on the day scheduled and left the property cleaning and running like it should.
