Rich Exterior Solutions

I was very happy with the Rich Exterior Solutions crew that replaced my roof. It's a steep pitch and our house is very close to our neighbors'. They did great work and at a solid price.

Luke Walker came and provided a very thorough estimate for us. Within a month, Tom and his crew were able to start. They were extremely professional and knowledgable about the materials we had chosen, worked efficiently, safely, and kept the job site clean. The finished home looks beautiful.

My experience was great, they were very professional. They were very quick with installation. They were very professional to work with and they were very knowledgeable.

Luc came right out for an estimate and was very up front about the options and cost. It took quite a bit of back-and-forth to figure out what we really wanted to do, and Luc was very responsive and ended up giving me about a half-dozen estimates. When we finally settled on what needed to be done, he had his crew there within a couple of days (in 2-foot-deep snow and freezing temps, mind you) and they had everything done in a few hours, which was much faster than Luc had envisioned. The work looks top-notch and they carted off a big pile of junk, leaving the work area clean. <br />

I thought the company was easy to work with in terms of flexibility- the original coupon was for gutter work and my request technically didn't meet the requirements but they were still willing to honor the deal. I found it a little hard to get in touch w/ them because I was used to phone calls or emails outside of the Angies list site. Once I realized they had messaged me on Angies list it was very easy to communicate- Often we'd send messages back and forth within minutes of each other. <br /> After I got in touch with them the service was able to be conducted quite quickly. I wasn't there when they got there but the drip edge was installed and everything looks good so far. <br /> Thanks! <br />

I would refer this company to friends. They are professional, they work hard, they clean up after removing old gutter systems and they know what they are doing. The team of guys are great. Luc impressed me as a true professional. He quoted high, but the work came in lower based on what they found once the job started to unfold. I am very glad I chose Rich Solutions. I had contacted Rich (and 2 other contractors) earlier in the year about gutters for my house. I agreed to have Rich do the job and gave them a deposit of about 30%.  The house painters were not finished until late in October. Once the painting was complete I called Rich and left a message. No response. I called a second time and still no one contacted me about a date to install gutters. Finally, after the third call a date was set to install my gutters. The next week a truck came, manufactured the gutters and left. A couple of days later workers came to install same. There was a slight misunderstanding about where I wanted the gutters to drain. It was quickly resolved. I'm glad I was home when they installed the gutters. The gutters look great. <br /> <br />

They were phenomenal. The installers were great. The quote was fast and it was complete. They were prompt, polite and courteous. We couldn’t say enough good things about them.
