Bath Exhaust Fan - Repair
I originally just need a vent fan put into my
Bathroom but while the guys were here I also had them look at some plumbing I needed replaced. The work was all done in a timely manner and the guys were clean, respectful, and very honest. And the best part everything functions and looks brand new. They Kept me in the loop the whole time and always listened to my questions. I highly recommend Richmond for any of your home improvement needs. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Bath Exhaust Fan - Repair
I had an exhaust fan replaced. Gerardo and hos coworker arrived exactly when they said they would. They were very knowledgeable and explained to me everything that needed doing. The project ended up costing more than the estimate, but that was because there was an unforseen issue. He charged me ONLY for the parts and not a penny for extra labor time, even though the issue cost them a few extra hours!!! I would definitely recommend Gerardo and team to anyone, and would absolutely hire them again. They left my bathroom cleaner than it was before they arrived.

Our insurance company demanded without any prior notice that we immediately do a ton of work on the house -- removing vegetation on a garage roof, fixing cracks in the cement steps, replacing a baluster, etc. -- and that we do it immediately. Gerardo and his crew were fast, innovative, friendly and thoroughly efficient. We are continuing to use Gerardo for other things. We dropped the insurance company (Commerce).

Great experience with Gerardo! I had water stains on a ceiling from a leaking pipe - Gerardo very quickly identified the source, replaced the pipe, and fixed and repainted the ceiling. It took 3 days from start to finish due to Gerardo's quick response - he made the whole process easy and painless!

The two guys were terrific. Spot on time and in the right place. Cheerful, patient, helpful, & cooperative. They have enough English to get by. Not taking Venmo is crazy, and they should fix that. We used Zelle, which is less user-friendly. We would definitely hire them again.
