i am so very impressed by this company professionalism and courtesy, they went above and behind to help me, their prices are very affordable and their work is first rate, i needed carpet repaired on one of the steps on my upstairs staircase, called a big company that rimes with tire and i was told by them that it could not be repaired and i needed to re carpet the whole staircase! called another company that told me that it would cost 80 dollars just to come to my house and a minimum of 165 dollars for repairs and it might take a few weeks to get it all done! thank god i called rich ranieri inc they sent mike to the house the very next day and he only took half an hour to do the repairs and only charged me 100 dollars, i would really raccomed this company for anyone who is looking for an affordable deal but top notch work! <br />

Carpets turned out great and there were no hidden charges for spot cleaning and deodorizing. Arrived on time and were very professional. Would recommend them and use them again. Great job!!

The work done was excellent! The people who work for Rich are very trusting to be in the house when your not. Everything was cleaned and vacuumed before we arrived home.
