It went well from picking out carpet to fit our budget to placing order to installation. We are very happy and a job well done. They even installed carpet in our linen closet which was a nice surprise. I would highly recommend

It was a great experience. The staff in the store was very helpful, particularly Robin. She assisted me in selection at the best cost for me. The installers were just great - professional, courteous, and on time. They even asked if they could do anything for me in rearranging the furniture before they left. Great attitudes. I would definitely recommend this company.

I would highly recommend using Rich's Carpet One for all of your flooring needs. From start to finish, working with Rich was a pleasure. He allowed us to take our time in choosing which color we wanted, providing us samples to take home and "try out", called the manufacturer to ensure the floor we chose would work with our big dogs and worked around our schedule for installation. The installers were courteous, professional, neat and their work was amazing. I would definitely use Rich's Carpet One again!!!

They were ok. A little expensive, but they were ok. I would not use them again because of the price.

We were very pleased with the installation.  The floor is beautiful.  The installers paid great attention to detail assuring there were no transition seams between contiguous rooms.  They trimmed out the job very nicely.  After the job was done we noticed that one board may have become damaged so we called and Rich's was very responsive making the repair very quickly.  We would recommend them to anyone needing laminate flooring.

We replaced carpeting in preparation for putting our home up for sale.  Donna Griffiths spoke with us about what we were looking to do and was very helpful in recommending carpeting suitable for this situation. She kept us on task in finding carpeting that someone else will like (future buyer of our home) and for a reasonable price.  Donna kept in contact with us throughout the process and was always available to answer questions.. The installers arrived on time and completed the installation without issue.  We had a very positive experience with this company. <br />

The store came recommended by our insurance. We had a second floor pin-hole pipe leak that ruined the hard wood flooring on the first floor. Rich, the owner of the store, personally came over to assess the damage and discuss our options. He and his office staff completely dealt with the insurance company on our behalf regarding replacing the hard wood. We liked him and his team so much that we decided to change the flooring in our kitchen, laundry, and powder room. They recommended an excellent vinyl tile product. The work was done on time and professionally. The installers put a couple of dings in the walls during the old floor demolition, but they showed them to us and we were able to come to an agreement how they would be fixed. The head installer, Mendez, also suggested and executed an excellent way of creating a frame around our fire place rather just putting down the molding. It came out beautifully and very original. <br /> <br /> <br />

I am remiss in doing this review regarding the work we had done in November.  Holidays and travel plans slowed me down but Rich Linnell of Rich's Carpet One doesn't slow down at all. He has been fantastic to work with and I can't say enough about how dedicated he is and how much he strives to have satisfied customers.  Rich responded immediately to my call requesting an estimate, scheduling a date to come out within a couple days.  He arrived promptly to take the measurements, answer questions and make recommendations and said we should go to his storefront to see samples as they have very many to bring around.   <br /> Rich was right, when we got to the store it was almost overwhelming the number of beautiful floor coverings.  There are amazing warranties on his products, not just in terms of manufacturer warranties, as his gold, platinum and titanium level products have a Beautiful Guarantee to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase,  which shows how much Rich stands behind his flooring products.  We were looking for wood flooring and some type of flooring for the kitchen.  Following Rich's recommendation of what some types of flooring to focus on  narrowed down the selection a bit and we found several we liked to take home to view. His store staff was nice to work with pulling out samples we were interested in, making some other suggestions, spreading samples out on the floor.   Picking out wood flooring took a little longer to narrow down but then we found one we fell in love with.  We took that home along with a couple other possibilities just in case it didn't look as nice in our home.  Both our first choice selections for the wood floor and the kitchen flooring were perfect when we looked at them at home.  <br /> We called the next day with our choices and it only took a couple days for Rich to get back to us with the estimate.  Once we had agreed to the contract, materials were ordered, and as soon as they were available he called to work out a date to start the installation. As we had to purchase new cove molding for all the rooms, Rich directed us to a supplier where we could go, select what we wanted, and order it, then one of the work crews picked it up and brought it to the house when they were ready to install it saving us having to get it to the house ourselves.. <br /> Rich has work crews he can be proud of.  They were polite, arrived on time, started work immediately, and it seemed they worked steady all day with just a break for lunch.  Tearing up all that flooring is messy work but Rich's "demolition" crew really did their best to minimize the dirt and dust.  It took a couple days to get all the flooring and tile up and the crew cleaned up every day when they were done.  <br /> Mendez who seemed to be the lead for the "demolition" and "wood floor installation" crew did a wonderful job with the installation of the wood flooring.  He is a craftsman.  The the stair treads that had been subcontracted to another company to make to match the floors, and there were some issues with that but Rich was quick to get it corrected.  Mendez is a perfectionist and noticed the <br /> imperfections with the finish before they were all installed, Rich was contacted and he came over immediately to see.  He took the treads back with him, contacted the company and had new ones made.  Another issue where one tread started to lift up after it was installed was corrected as soon as the new tread could be made and delivered. There can always be issues and problems develop when you are doing remodeling, especially when third parties are involved, but the important thing is that they are fixed and the promptness with which Rich acted to resolve the issues with the stair treads company is testament to how important it is to him to have satisfied customers. <br /> Craig did the installation of the Verostone flooring we had put in the kitchen. He and his co-worker arrived on time, cleaned up when done for the day and did a great job installing the flooring.  Another thanks to Rich, for his recommendation we consider that flooring for the kitchen instead of ceramictile or wood.  We love it. <br /> Rich also put us in touch with a contractor to replace our very old wrought iron railings that divide our split level living room from the foyer and the hand railings for the steps.  We were extremely satisfied with the new wood and wrought iron railings we now have. <br /> We are very very happy our new floors.  Rich was great to work with, and the quality of his products and their warranties, and the quality of the work done by his work crews are the reason there wasn't anyone but Rich's Carpet One that we would go to when we were ready for a new tile floor for my foyer and powder room, and new carpeting for my family room.  We are now awaiting the arrival of these materials so an installation date can be arranged and I am confident things will go smoothly and I will have some more beautiful floors. <br />

I was very pleased with the sales people who educated me about different types of flooring available for the kitchen. The owner himself came to measure the area and discuss all the details.  <br /> The workers came on the specified day and worked almost without any breaks to have the job done on time and to my satisfaction. They had a challenge to install the tiles in a diamond pattern and provide a finished product. <br /> I am very happy with my selection of the type of floor and the installation. I would recommend the company to others. <br />
