"[member name removed] sorry to here you were unhappy with the service we provided but I wish someone would of called our company with the complaint we have not heard of you being unhappy with us. Also I checked our records and we only collected $3000 for the complete job our charge was not $4000 as stated.please let me know if this is a mistake. I have spoken to the technican that was on site and told me you was very happy with our service. The concrete slab was a repair and maybe wasn't the same shade but we are not masons the repair of the concrete was only a patch. Also our records also indicate on passing inspection from the township the same day of service. Please let me know if there is something we can do to rectify this and make it right."
