Originally came in to install a pull chain on light fixture. We have an old house. We ran into some difficulties. He fixed the problem. He did a beautiful job, very clean, very respectful, very professional. We'll definitely use again. Thank you so much, very pleased with your work.

All around a great experience from start to finish. Rickey’s response time was fast and he happily worked around my schedule for the appointment. He arrived on time (even a bit early!) He did the troubleshooting of my electrical issue, clearly explained everything and replaced the old non-functioning porch light fixture. The new light fixture i purchased was not the correct size for the space but he came up with a great solution and was able to resolve all the issues! He went above and beyond and was so pleasant to work with!

I attempted to put in an outlet box with a lot of wires from a washer/dryer in the back and severely messed it up. I made contact with Ricky who essentially had it fixed in under 15 minutes and graciously gave his time explaining what I did wrong and how we could resolve my problem. From my first conversation over the phone with Ricky, he was very professional. He came the next day, did amazing troubleshooting for my electric fireplace. I had a faulty outlet. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He is very thorough with his work. I am so glad I hired him. He will definitely be back for more projects.
