Rick's Restoration & Carpet Cleaning

I told him, I don't remember his name unfortunately, that I wanted to have the master and one of the other bedrooms cleaned. I also wanted to have special attention paid to the closet on the small bedroom and have that cleaned extra well if possible; it smelled like cat urine to me. He was very nice and did as I asked. For an extra $30 he also scotchgarded the carpets for me. I asked if he did tile too and what it would cost. I recall him stating that he does clean tile, but not the price quoted. Even so, he still gave me some pointers on keeping the tile clean in between cleanings and a magnetic card. Would I call this company back? Absolutely! <br />

The service was great and he was on time and very professional.  I will definitely use him again. <br />

Rick has cleaned carpets for a couple of homes for me after tenants have moved out. Each time he was easy to work with, had reasonable prices and was able to get stains out that I was sure would be permanent. <br />

Provider wax prompt, wore footys and explaned what he was going to do. Professional and fast. <br />

I called to make an appointment with Rick's and didn't realize that he was based in Glendale but he accepted the appointment anyway and I am glad he did. When he first arrived I was given a quote which is exactly what we agreed upon on the phone so I knew the cost before services were provided. He called 30 minutes before arriving and was within his quoted appointment time. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. While he cleaned the carpets he offered suggestions on treating future spots (I have kids and pets) and advice that would prolong the life of the carpet. The problem spots were removed and the carpets look new! The entire process took just over an hour and we are extremely satisfied with the results! <br />

He was very timely and communicated very effectively. He wasn't able to fully restore the carpets back to full value. He did a good job, and was willing to supply supporting documents to my rental company if they had any questtions about the condition of the carpet.

Rick advertised a special for cleaning three (3) rooms of carpet however since I only had two (2) rooms to be cleaned he offered to either Scotch guard my carpet or to clean my area rug, I opted for the latter.   <br /> Rick was thorough, made a recommendation of what I could do to extend my time between cleanings, completed the job quickly, and because my job was relatively small and it didn't take him much time, he charged me less than originally quoted.   <br /> I was very happy and have and will continue to recommend Rick's Restoration & Carpet Cleaning to my friends and family. <br />

My carpets are drying now, they look good!  Rick told me I only had a couple tough spots but the carpets were in really great condition! <br />

They cleaned 4 rooms of carpet that had been stained over the years by our 2 dogs.  We told them we didn't expect miracles or that we expect our carpet to look like new again. But some parts of our carpet do look new again and the majority of the pet stains were removed. Some did not come out completely. He told us in the future he recommends we just use very hot water to clean the stain, as some products will actually cause the stain to set. They did a great job - very happy with them and their service.

Rick was right on time.  He surveyed the areas I chose (ad said 4 areas) and said he would include the den.  He was very professional and completed the cleaning in a little over an hour.  He pointed out he worked a bit extra on the most soiled area in the hallway where our dog lies.  It still looks very good more than a month after the cleaning.  There was no odor due to steam cleaning.  I would use him again without question.  He said the same price would be good the next time also.  I'm very pleased with the cleaning. <br />

Perfect!  I will definitely use this company again. I've long looked for a company that is punctual, reliable and quick! <br />

Rick pretreated the numerous pet stains and then thoroughly cleaned the carpets.  While some of the pet stains reappeared, we realize that not all can be permanently erased.  Another little dab of Resolve and it looks good again.  I was very impressed with Rick and would certainly use him again. <br />

Rick restoration was great to deal with. We had to get the carpets cleaned before our party and he did a great job. Very responsive and great to deal with. No hidden charges. He did such a good job with the carpets we are going to have him out next week to do the tile and couches. We would highly recommend him.
