Ricky's Tree Service

This was the second time (in one month!) that I hired Ricky's Tree Service for a "lake job", and it worked out again very well. They got the job done the day alter I called, and over 3 and 1/2 hours removed piecemeal the tree (using my canoe to get to it, on the lake), and carried it by hand (on an uphill slope) to the street level. (The tight space in my yard did not allow the use of a a mechanical winch). All was done perfectly well, and they left the lake surface and my yard absolutely pristine and clean. Very friendly and hardworking team, and most importantly, very competent!.

Extremely well. The work was done shortly (4 days) after the bid. Ricky and his crew came on time, and over 4 hours did an excellent job. They had to deal in particular with a tricky situation, cutting down and removing a tree that was tilting on the water surface of a lake, in a very tight spot. They did this by carrying by hand the cut tree sections piecemeal to the street -on an uphill slope - and, very commendably, not leaving any debris behind on the lake surface! Everybody was cheerful and courteous, and Ricky explained everything that was being done.

Ricky called me back came out and inspected gave me a price and showed up on Saturday morning at 8 sharp and have the tree removed and the yard was cleaner than when he showed up. Super professional and highly skilled. I thoroughly recommend them.

Tree Removal

I can't say enough about Ricky's Tree Service. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He came out on Sunday to give me a quote. That Tuesday he and his crew arrived at my home at the crack of dawn to remove the trees. I was most impressed watching Ricky supervise his crew while working along side them the entire time. At the end of the day he and his crew flawlessly removed and mulched 9 ridiculously tall pines surrounding my house. Afterwards they cleaned up all the debris as if they were never there. Ricky's Tree Service was awesome and i have already given his number to my family and friends. And I must give kudos to the tree climber. Watching him was nothing short of amazing.

Ricky arrived promptly at the scheduled time of 7:30 am with a crew of 4 employees and appropriate equipment. The tree to be removed was partially uprooted and soon to fall if not cut down before major damage to a fence. He and his crew were professional and "hard-working" This is the tree company you want to hire, and I will again. Ricky provided "excellent quality customer service".

Prompt service - they were able to cut down the tree the day after giving an estimate.

I had a dead Cherry Blossom tree in the front yard that was promptly removed by Ricky's Tree Service when I noticed that chunks of the branches were falling into my yard. I was afraid that anyone walking by may get hurt. Ricky's Tree Service came out the next day to remove the tree and came back the following week to grind the stump. They reacted quickly to make sure my front yard was safe. I am very pleased at their quick reaction to help me with the tree and their attention to cleaning up the debris.

Very well! Got tree out of over house. Big tree and they had the right amount of people and equipment to get all branches shredded. Also got gutters cleaned.

Could not have gone better ... Took his advice on to trim the tree without it looking bad and he knew what needed to be done. Very professional and thorough. Was impressed with how clean they left the place using blowers and rakes to clean the year making it look good. Also felt a very fair price considering the work was done quickly after a major storm and we did not feel they were taking advantage of us

My experience was very positive. I called Ricky's Tree Service on a Thursday evening. Ricky came over my house the very same evening, about 15 minutes after I called. He gave me an estimate and told me that they would be able to do the job that Saturday. He and his crew were prompt, and they were all very polite. They completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up everything when they were finished. I would definitely use them again, and would highly recommend their services.

Mr. Benitez and his crew were true professionals, arriving promptly, clearly stating details about the work they would be doing, and giving us a very reasonable price. They were hard working, efficient and well-mannered during the four hours they worked at our house. Before they left, the work area in our backyard was raked, cleaned of all debris, and the roof and deck was blown off and left clean. It was overall an enjoyable experience, and I highly recommend their services to you.
