RIC OLSTAD ROOFING

I don’t write review but this is an exception and my first one. I can’t express enough gratitude on Ric Olstad! and His company they did an outstanding job on our new roof & gutters. His team of workers got in and hustled and got the job done fast in a good way. They were up against the weather they got in and got the job done! Plus before they went home everynight they cleaned up. All I can say his hire them!! You will not be disappointed. FYI we went from a shake roof to composite roof, we had another company quoted us at a cost of $46,000.00 and i’m sure the town heard my jaw hit the ground. Ric came in and regained my trust! it was just an overwhelming experience it worked with me and gave several different cost to work with.

Ric responded within the hour to our email request late on a Sunday afternoon. I scheduled an appointment for the next day at the time that was most convenient for us. My husband was the one who met with Ric. This is what my husband emailed to me after service was completed.  "Ric came as promised and not just inspected, but took care of the problem.  He did a great job."  I'd have no hesitation to call him again. <p><br /> <br /></p> <br />

Ric showed up on time the same day I contacted him regarding a leak in my tile roof. He took pictures of the problem area, explained the issue causing the leak, and made the repairs all within 1 hours time. Great job, timely service, fair price. Very pleased. <br />

We are very happy with the professionalism shown by this company - there were a couple delays due to the threat of rain, but we were always kept up to speed with information.  The quality of the product we chose is just excellent and looks beautiful.  The company listened to our concerns about our existing leaf-guard gutters and solar heating system on the roof and worked around those problem areas. I felt the worked well as a team and were always courteous and helpfu.  The clean-up each day was great.

Brand new roof leaked. Instead of fixing correctly with flashing, a temporary roof patch mixture was applied. This eventually dried and cracked from the sun and again caused water to leak. My ceiling collapsed. I needed to threaten legal action to get them to fix problem. Repairs to house were never reimbursed. Business owner was arrogant and very difficult to deal with. I would not recommend dealing with this company. Very unprofessional.

I WON'T USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. THEY WERE RUDE. I ASKED THEM SEVERAL THINGS ABOUT THE ROOFING AND THEY BRUSHED ME OFF. I QUESTIONED SOME OF THEIR WORK, BUT THEY DIDN'T FIX IT. WE HAD TO FIX IT LATER. THEY WERE VERY MESSY.
