I cannot say more about Ridgecon Roof Above All and the value that they provide. Sheldon and his team recently finished putting a 'new roof' on our home, I highlight 'new roof' because they delivered more than just new shingles. Ridgecon installed modern intake venting and roof peak venting that is making a difference in the attic venting on hot days. I do not see this attention to detail in other new roofs being installed in my neighborhood. I was careful in my selection of Ridgecon as I had 11 proposals, all from highly recommended companies. Many did not offer the expertise Ridgecon provided. On top of that, Ridgecon was very competitive in pricing. I also researched top quality shingles and Ridgecon offers one of the best with GAF Timberline HDZ. If you are considering a new roof, then you cannot miss calling Ridgecon and Sheldon.

Sheldon did an excellent job coming out to address my leaking skylight! He chalked as a temporary solution and then did a permanent replacement of both skylights. I would highly recommend him and Ridgecon for all your roofing needs.

From our first contact with Matt and his crew they were extremely helpful and professional. They not only helped us decide on the right shingles for our location but they gave us a very competitive quote. From material deliveries, to dumpster drop off and the workers arrival, everything happened on time as promised. installed bad roof. using warranty as an excuse for bad work, damages and complaints too long to list. No starter shingles, wrong size drip edge, bad flashing, damaged shingles, roof leaks, damaged gutter. Came back out for repairs and damaged roof more and damaged wood trim.

Back in 2012 I wanted to get the roof replaced for my primary residence. The house was built in 1998. I bought the house in 2010. The replacement was a bit early. But I was doing a lot of other repairs and upgrades on the house. And I wanted things to be in good shape for the foreseeable future. I did a lot of research and narrowed the list of candidates down to a handful. After meeting with representatives from each organization, my wife and I chose Ridgecon. First, Ridgecon has a very good reputation. I listen to the home improvement shows on WJR-760 AM. They were very complementary of the company. And the professionalism of the Ridgecon representative confirmed helped us finalize our selection. There was a bit of a scheduling challenge. Of course, Ridgecon is busy. My wife and I were planning a long vacation in Hawaii. We would be away when the work was scheduled. Ridgecon did the work while we were in Hawaii. I arranged payment for the work from there. When we returned we were pleased with both the job they did AND the cleanup they did when the job was done. We had a new roof with very few indication from materials left around that a project had taken place. A few year ago we had another company come out and replace some metal on the top of our chimney. And they left nails, chards of sharp metal, and packaging material below the site of work on my patio. The job Ridgecon did was MUCH larger job. But when they left the site was very clean. HATS OFF. As evidence of how pleased I was with their work, I hired them for another job. I still owned my previous house and needed to get it in shape to sell. The roof was showing obvious signs that it was at the end of its life. So I hired Ridgecon again. Again, I was away on business travel when the work was being done. And both the job and the cleanup were done very well.

They were professional, courteous and very fast. I would recommend them.

I contacted Ridgecon about a chimney flashing that came loose from the roof they replaced in 2013. They were very cordial and easy to work with. They set up an appointment to take a look, showed up on time and actually fixed the issue under warranty at the same time. Absolutely would recommend them and use them again. Thanks!

It was great. Worked with Tony who is a very professional and personable guy and patient with me! I had lots of questions and concerns. Quality of materials is great and the roof shingles look awesome, really improved the look of my home. They did what they said they would do and exactly when....on time, what a concept for a contractor lol!! I would definitely hire them again and recommend them!! Couldn't be happier!

I contacted Ridgecon Construction/Roofing Above All to do a Roof Replacement and had Tony Elie come out and give an estimate. After getting three other quotes, I completed the paperwork with Tony to have the roof replaced. The materials arrived the day before the roof replacement was to begin on July 30, 2019. The shingles, underlayment, ice/water shield and starter strip were delivered on to the roof. I climbed on to the roof to verify the correct items were to be installed and noticed the wrong underlayment and ice/water shield. I had ordered GAF Deck Armor underlayment and GAF Weather Watch Ice/water shield, these items were substituted with cheaper items GAF Tiger Paw underlayment and IKO brand ice/water shield. I reached out to Tony and he said his supply representative had said Deck Armor was not being produced until mid August and they were out of weather watch. Tony said this would not affect my warranty at all and suggested we could cancel the job if I wanted. I informed him I would like the roof done with the materials in the contract and that other supply houses in the area had both of them in stock. Tony delivered the correct materials later that evening. (Ridiculous that I would have to ask for this) The independent subcontractor arrived on July 31, 2019, they were supposed to be done in two days, but took four days to complete the roof. There was no inclement weather during this time. The crew consisted of two to three guys on the roof depending on the day. I happened to be off from work so I could monitor everything. There was no protection in regards to covering windows, doors, landscaping or any other trim. Crew left a compressor running after they left one of the days, had to unplug it. I had a dumpster sitting in the driveway for nearly week. Tony came by a few days after work was completed and I pointed out my concerns in regards to the damage done by the crew to a window, gutters, paint chips on wood trim, multiple debris in gutters/attic, and lifting shingles. It was insulting to have Tony tell me my gutters were old and he could sell me new gutters. He claimed his project manager had claimed that paint was already chipping around the house. I informed him this was not true and the house was repainted two years prior. I informed Tony no bathroom exhaust vents which were in the contract had been installed on the roof. Tony had his project manager come back out to correct a few things and go into attic to check on the bathroom fans venting properly. Of course the project manager will mention bath vents did not need to be vented to the roof and that venting through a soffit vent (which is an intake vent) is fine, he would have to do more work. Other roofers came out and clearly mentioned to install vents in the roof and it is why I pushed for it and had it on the contract. After the Tony’s crew made the “corrections”, I noticed there were still multiple issues and such as debris in gutters including a tube of caulk!! And lifting shingles. Tony mentioned they were a little backed up and to give them a few weeks to come out and correct it. On August 28th, I hired a roof inspector to come look at the work and she was stunned at the workmanship and questioned if the contractor was licensed and pointed out multiple issues. I have attached her findings on other sites as I can’t post pictures here. I am disappointed that this is the type of quality provided by a “GAF Master Elite Roofer”. On August 29th I filed a workmanship claim with GAF, the shingle manufacturer. They sent their inspector out on August 30th to inspect the job. They did not share the findings with me nor did Tony. Tony says this is GAF policy. On September 14th Tony returned with the crew to have them make the corrections stated by GAF. When Tony pointed out some flashing that needed to be replaced and the bath vents to be installed, the project manager told Tony “they were not in his work order and he doesn’t give a f**k” in front of me and walked away. The project manager pulled me to the side and asked about the window which had multiple scratches and claimed that Roofing Above All was shady and they were holding partial payment from this job and another he had completed. Project manager asked me what my end game was and after I mentioned I wanted the damage fixed he threatened to put a lien on the house. I told him any further communication I would have is with Tony. Tony apologized for the bath vents not being installed that day and said his brother Matt would come out and install the bath vents and fix the flashing. On September 18th, Matt Elie, who is the president of the company came out to address the issues. Matt apologized for the issues and then claimed I was creating a “laundry list” of issues and caused them problems. Matt said I should “let the window go”, I was stunned he would say this and said no. I told Matt to stop interrupting me and let me explain I had been patient after they said they were busy and the miscommunication as Tony calls it in wrong materials being delivered. I informed him filing a claim is what lit a fire under them to get out here and fix the issues. I pointed out some flashing and he fixed it claiming it was a “freebie” because it matched the paint of my house. No, that is flashing that should have been addressed during the roof replacement. I pointed out a cap shingle that was calked together near front of house (see pics) and they thought this was acceptable. Also, pointed out chipping paint around house and on gutters where ladders were, along with a bowed gutter. Matt let it be known that he has been roofing since 1989 and they don’t tarp from up to gutter. No one is asking for that kind of protection but shrubs and window trim should be covered, nothing was covered. Matt claimed my gutters are old and need to be replaced. He let it be known they sell gutters and I declined a gutter replacement. No other roofer mentioned gutters needing replacement as they function properly and were only bowed/pulling away in two areas after the roof replacement, inspector mentioned this also. Matt did offer to touch up the paint if I supplied the paint and they did cut a check for the window after I said I would not let it go. The next day Tony sent a video of Matt trying to adjust gutter and how it couldn’t be done. No other gutters are pulling out. If you send a video of multiple gutters doing this than I’d buy it. Tony informed me my roof was looked over by Matt and was good. I still have debris in the attic, recovered over ten nails from drive way, still have nails in the gutter, and noticed a lifting shingle. I can’t afford to keep hiring inspectors to inspect the stuff I can’t see. If I was to do it again, I would hire someone that doesn’t hire subcontractors, have the estimate done by the owner of the company who has roofing experience and goes into attic during estimate, provides a list of references, and avoid online reviews that do not have pictures or have people writing reviews before the actual job. Tony talked a big game during this quote and didn’t deliver. This is why getting a workmanship warranty through the manufacturer was the main selling point for me.

Excellent. The entire process from start to finish was enjoyable and easy. Our sales person was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, and thoroughly explained the process and our options. Ridgecon was far more pleasant and honest to work with than other companies we spoke to. Ridgecon offers excellent warranty options and pricing was very competitive. Our new roof looks fantastic. There were two minor punch list items after construction was completed and both were addressed within a week with no issues whatsoever. The crew was extremely professional and courteous. They even moved items away from our house for us to keep them from getting damaged, when we forgot to do so. The same company replaced our neighbor's roof last year and theirs also looks fantastic. We would highly recommend Ridgecon to others.

When we had our initial interview with Ridgecon, Anthony sat us down and went over everything we need to know. He brought in samples and picked 3 that he thought we would pick from. We picked one of the 3, we felt like family not a customer. The supplies were dropped off in a timely manner , and staged neatly in our driveway. The crew went right to work,they were very professional and knew what they were doing. Professionals all the way through the whole process.They cleaned up and it's like they were never here. The office staff was friendly professional and ensured that everything we needed to know, confirming the materials were delivered. I would highly recommend this company to my family, my friends and anyone that needed the new roof these guys are a class act outstanding job
