As usual, the very best plumbers in Fairfield County. Everything was done professionally, perfectly and well beyond reasonable cost. John, the owner, came to review the project and provide an estimate. Kevin, the service technician moved a drainage pipe into the joist (in probably record time). Scheduling was fast and easy as well. I will always use Ridgefield Plumbing for all our plumbing needs. If you want the best, call them!

I used Ridgefield Plumbing about 18-19 years ago several times when they were a smaller company and John Proctor came and did a great job. Now its all about the money. I made an appointment, told them I had my counter and sink replaced. Told them I needed the water supply and drain hooked up and the garbage disposal hooked up and made a point to tell them that the plumber would need to bring whatever gaskets and mounting equipment that was needed as garbage disposal was not new. They came, told me they didn't have the gaskets etc for the garbage disposal and would hook it up without disposal. I said don't bother but they said they would still have to charge me $200 for the first hour. That is ridiculous. I asked them why I should have to pay for that when I told them in the first place what was required. No answer. I then asked what it would cost when they came back to do the job I wanted them to do in the first place. They told me it would take an hour and it would cost another $200. Fuming I said ok. What choice do I have. Then when they came back the guy took an hour and a half and it cost $300. It was really only 1 hour and 5 minutes, I timed it. But apparently they charge you for the 10-15 minutes that they stand around shooting the s*** with you after they finish the job. So $500 to hook up a sink with garbage disposal. Rip Off!!! Buyer Beware!

One job left unfinished. Company has not yet followed-up. My answer to "would I hire again would be yes if and when this last item is fixed.

An A rating across the board. I am so glad I was able to hire Ridgefield Plumbing that I found through Angie's List. Am fully confident in their work and will look to them in the future for any plumbing work.

Ridgefield Plumbing responded quickly (even though it was not urgent), came the next day, and did a great job. They were very professional and fixed the problem to our satisfaction. The price was reasonable (mostly the cost of the pump itself). We have used them before and will use them again if needed.

One word describes Ridgefield Plumbing and Heating's services - MAGICAL. I attempted to repair the toilets and shower arm myself, and failed miserably. I spoke with John on Thursday and Steve came out the next day and was efficient and extremely professional. He explained the tools he was using, what the issues were, and when informed I needed to purchase parts advised me to do it myself to save on costs! They have been servicing my house for many years and I will continue to work with them for the long term future.

I sent them an e-mail on a weekend. By Mid day on the following Monday they called me. They came out that Friday to do the work. From the initial phone call through the actual service itself, they were excellent. Steve the Plumber did an excellent job and didn't do more than he needed to do. One of our outdoor faucets did not actually need to be replaced, just repaired, which he did. They were extremely professional from start to finish. The quality of their service was excellent and the pricing was very fair for the work done. We will use them for all of our plumbing needs going forward.

Very well, they offered very fast emergency service on the first leak, and suggested relocating the water filter at that time. Hired them to come back and do so when another leak started near thew water tank.,. Technician was very easy to work with, and did excellent work. Highly recommended.

They do all of my plumbing or any fixtures that need to be put in. They take care of that for me. They will fix toilets, washers, leaking faucets, dripping, and all of those little plumbing things that homeowners need.  <br /> <br /> They are a very good service. They are excellent. I would recommend them. They are very nice people. We have had no issues.  <br /> <br /> Steve is wonderful. He comes in and he is very pleasant. He has done work down in the basement with my husband, and up here in the house.  We had a couple of renovations done and Richfield Plumbing took care of those. They put our appliances in. <br /> <br /> They are cautious and clean up after themselves.  They are really neat. I like the way they are. I like the way they handle their customers. They are very professional. They are very courteous. They say when they are going to come. They are punctual; everything. We like that they are punctual, professional, courteous and respectful. We appreciate all of that. I appreciate when they do a good job and enjoy what they are doing and they aren?t miserable or walking around with a mop face.  All of the people I recommend, I like them very much because I have had them for years. When I am happy with someone, I stick with them forever. I have them on my speed dial.

They are great. It was easy to schedule, they showed up on time and charged a fair price. Manny was the technician and was able to diagnose the real problem vs just change the shutoff valve. He could have easily charged me for a new hose but was able to hook it up to the outside faucet to see if it could still be used. He blew out the line, hooked it back up and all is well. <br /> I was impressed how easy it was to request and make an appointment over the internet. <br />

<p>I called Ridgefield Plumbing on Monday and they promptly called back and we scheduled an appointment for the following morning.  Tom, the technician, couldn't have been nicer. He showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. I was very satisfied with work that was done and intend to contact them again soon for some additional work. I think the work was done at a very fair price. Only regret was that I didn't use their AL coupon. </p> <br />
