Could not have gone worse. I have spent days trying to get my refund. I have called many times over the last seven months and never was there a mention of ordered materials. After complaining online, I received a check that was UNSIGNED. I called and they promised I would receive money via an electronic payment method by the next morning. It has now been three days and still no refund.
