They did a great job figuring out how to install the pot rack securely into my ceiling. There were some obstacles to getting it installed but the crew was able to problem solve the issue and get it installed. Highly recommend!

Chris and his team were awesome! The bathroom turned out better than I expected because Chris spent the time to ask me questions and make sure he was giving me what I really wanted. Very professional and was able to start on the project right away. We are planning to have him do our other bathroom as well!

Chris and his team did a great job in determining and fixing the issue of my squeaky and loose floor boards. They worked quickly and professionally to make the necessary installation and did a great job overall. I would recommend them to anyone and would hire them again.

Excellent. The contractor that I hired to do the job screwed the whole thing up. Right-Way did a fantastic job to correct all of the mistakes, make it structurally sound and was able to do all of the work including stucco and electrical in addition to the framing. It looks fantastic. They squared up the framing, reset the windows, repaired the roof, did some brick work and finished it with stucco. I am very pleased with the job. They did it all at a very fair price.

All of the workers were friendly, polite and thoughtful in my house. I had at least one dedicated worker throughout the project, so no wondering when someone would come or who that person might be. Other unrelated things came up, such as the toilet running, and they just fixed it without any fuss. They also added a few things that weren't explicitly stated in the consult or estimates, but that enhanced the project. Plus, the work is beautiful.

The work was fine and they were prompt. The garage is 20x20 and once the work started the estimate was adjusted up by 5 sheets, which seems kind of excessive for a job that size. But they installed the outlets and lights, which were not part of the estimate.

Everything about the job was great. Chris came out ahead of time, talked over details with us, gave us a quote, and when we agreed to the price, he set a start and stop time, and adhered to those perfectly. The crew, supervised by Chris, were efficient, careful, cleaned up after each day, and were respectful of our house and our belongings We have always been pleased with the work Chris has done, from minor repairs of the outside fountain, to replacing shower doors, recaulking and regrouting the bathroom, etc.

Pretty good. These guys definitely seem professional: they show up on time, have good electronic communication (text/email), professional looking estimates, have the right tools, respect your house, clean up after themselves, responsive, etc. There was a little snafu with the tub spout, but they quickly came back and corrected the leak. I've already booked them for additional work.

We are new to Tucson and needed numerous projects done in our new home prior to moving in. Right-Way Home Improvements (Owner Chris Urness and Eric Toft) were very professional, experienced and conscientious in their work and did a fabulous job for us.  They were also personable and a pleasure to work with.  My husband and I highly recommend Right-Way Home Improvements.   They will be our go-to contractor in Tucson.

Although you may find lower estimates; their prices are fair and honest. They are hard working, attentive to the details, very clean, and go above and beyond for customer satisfaction! We had a great experience. Chris and his crew were great to work with and very conscientious about the quality of the work done. They came when they said they would and worked hard while they were here. We added a couple things at the end and they didn't miss a beat. The thing we really appreciated was they were easy to communicate with if we had any concerns. We would definitely have them do work for us again.

All projects went very well and they are currently working on a two bedroom house and an efficiency apartment as of 1/24/17 After that, will help with minor fixes on a 3 bedroom house, including kitchen. Amount shown is estimate for 5 baths and 4 kitchens - total for all, without materials.

Excellent. The estimate Chris gave for the time required was right on target. The craftsmanship of every step of installation was top-notch, particularly the flooring and building/tiling the new shower enclosure. Every day the crew cleaned up the work area, both inside and outside (they did the necessary sawing and other such jobs outside to minimize the impact, and were quite thorough in keeping the yard cleaned up after each day). Chris worked closely with us at the start to understand what we wanted to be done, and along the way had some helpful advice on changes that improved on the project (for example, expanding the shower enclosure a few inches into the room greatly increased the spaciousness of the shower while having a minimal impact on space in the bathroom itself). After completion, a small issue developed -- Chris promptly returned not once but twice until it was completely resolved to both of our satisfactions. We already have asked Rightway for a bid on a backyard project. We strongly recommend the company and Chris for their work, their reliability, their craftsmanship, and their commitment.
