It was a bigger job unclogging the drain than I thought it was going to be, but, Richard completely unclogged the drain while taking everything apart under the sink. He also fixed a leak under the sink that had been going on for quite a while. He was friendly, punctual, worked quickly, very knowledgeable and neat. The price was more than fair. I will have him out to replace the faucet in the bathroom just as soon as I pick out the new fixture.

My technician was able to clear the drain after snaking it a second time, he kept working on it until it was clear, it was a severe clog that was backed up deep in the line but he was successful in clearing it, he didn't give up!

What an excellent experience!! Richard is so knowledgeable and well priced. I was SO lucky to find him.
