Right Choice Roofing

After noticing a leak, I called Right Choice Roofing to help assess the damage. They've replaced countless roofs in my neighborhood. Even though I was ready to file a claim, Billy advised otherwise being that the damage would not offset the deductible. They were professional, courteous and got the job done in a timely manner.

The entire process was a pleasure. From the moment I called to get an estimate to the finish of my new roof. All involved were professional, punctual & informative. The cost was excellent as well. Extremely satisfied & I highly recommend Right Choice Roofing

Right Choice Roofing is a well oiled roofing machine. From my first meeting with the owner, who explained all choices in detail and was comfortable to talk to throughout the full process. Billy set realistic expectations from the start, and stuck with thoes expectations until completion. Work was started when he said it would start, and his crew stopped when we agreed they would. Workers were very hard working and efficient! By the second day work and cleanup was complete. Billy was very knowledgeable about insurance and guided us throughout the project. I was not in a hurry to have the work completed, and had some out of town trips planned so I had them wait a few weeks before starting my roof. However, if I had wanted it done sooner, I have no doubt that Billy would have made every effort to accommodate me. Billy was always reachable via phone and text message and we communicated several times before and during the work... and he was always happy to come to my house and talk with me in person. I had no idea who to call for this type of service... a handyman, a roofing company, or what. AT&T was of no help and the two guys who came to help me were very professional and helpful. I would recommend them any roofing assistance. They were very responsive, kind, professional and capable!

Very knowledgeable about roofs. They were very professional, courteous, showed up on time, cleaned up everything afterwards and my roof looks great!

Very good to work with. Billy came out and explained everything very well on each step he would take replacing the shingles and the quality measures that he went above required code. My roof had hail damage. Billy met my insurance man to go over the damage and help me get the claim. I would definitely use Right Choice Roofing again.

Right Choice Roofing was recommended to us by a close friend. Billy and Paul came over within a day or so after calling to assess our roof. After confirming our roof was totaled, they walked us through the process with our insurance... a big load off of our shoulders and a seamless process! Their crew came out and worked professionally and FAST, and cleaned every last bit of debris up before leaving. The drastic improvement in the appearance of our house made all the difference and even matches better with our house paint! In fact, my husband and I were discussing repainting, but the roof ties everything in perfectly now, so we basically saved that money! Oh, and Billy was sure to match our vent pipes to our roof, something that isn't always done (no eye sore silver metal pipes taking away from our new pretty roof!). I don't have one negative thing to say about our experience with Right Choice Roofing; they are roofing wizards and I hands down recommend them! (FYI, we chose the shingle color Black Oak with Billy's assistance.)

They are real professional. Once they started the job they stayed with it and got it completed quickly. They helped me with the insurance procedure as well.
