Ryan was really great at what he accomplished. The carpentry of new stairs in an old house involves a lot of problem solving and puzzle work. I'm really pleased with how they turned out. Ryan is very friendly, professional and made sure the job was done well and cleaned up when he left each day. He was good at troubleshooting problems that came up and we worked around issues that had to be redesigned so the job could be completed within both of our timeframes.

Great. Ryan arrived on time; did a great job. Pleasant and clearly skilled. He helped with a couple of other minor tasks. I will hire him again if I need him.

On August 18 2020, Ryan installed a ceiling fan and did a good job, however, there was a slight wobble with the fan plus it was squeaking when the fan was on. Accordingly. Ryan came back the next day and fixed the ceiling fan. At first it appeared customer service was important to Ryan. During our discussions with Ryan on August 18 and 19, he professed that customer service was indeed extremely important to him as it would go far in growing his business, particularly by getting referrals. On August 19th, we discussed with Ryan another project we wanted done, and after those discussions we decided we would hire Ryan to do the project. On Friday, August 21st, Ryan came back and we discussed in more detail what we wanted done, and he even brought with him a sample of some of the vinyl trim he proposed be used. He provided us an estimate of the cost and we told him he was hired. My husband asked Ryan to provide him a written quote detailing the scope of work which was to build and install new doors for our shed, adjust a collapsed gutter on one side of the shed, fill a hole in the grass at the rear of the shed, install vinyl trim along the bottom rear of the shed, install vinyl-based trim around the shed and under the garage side door, and also scrape and paint the soffit above our garage door. On August 25, 2020, Ryan provided the quote for the scope of work for labor which included tax. My husband questioned Ryan why he charged tax on labor, and he admitted he made a mistake as labor is not taxed, therefore, he revised the quote to remove the tax. Ryan informed us he could begin the project on August 26th or 27th. My husband sent Ryan a message asking him if he needed any money up front. We never head from Ryan again. It has now been over three weeks and despite my husband calling Ryan several times, leaving several voice mails and sending him several text messages, to date, Ryan has yet to give us the courtesy of a response. Needless to say, we will be looking for someone else to do the project. Throughout our discussions with Ryan he stated that his work ethic is largely based on his Christian beliefs, which makes his non-responsiveness that much more disappointing.

Ryan is very intelligent. He fixed my pantry light that was suppose to shut off automatically. He repaired deck boards, installed 2 tables and helped arrange my deck. He can do anything I need done, so I will be calling him regularly when I need help.

Handy man showed up and evaluated the work and offered the solution. He needed to order parts and said they would be here on April 27th. I paid him for work done and the ordered parts. To date, I have not heard from him.I've tried several times to call him and he is nonresponsive. I would like the work completed or money returned for the parts ordered.

A very heavy Mahogany wooden dummy for Kung ** practice mounted on the wall. Not only did Ryan make it (and me) feel safe and secure, he helped me envision the perfect placement. It now looks like a beautiful piece of art. Honest & full of integrity and kindness.

Ryan is fantastic! Tremendous attention to detail. Planned each phase of the work and explained it before getting started. Wood working skills were very strong, as was the general drywall installation and painting. We loved his work!
