Hayder and Eric did everything right. They were very polite, and careful with the house. They put ample protective carpets in place before moving everything back and forth up and down the attic. They did a nice job and made a professional install. It was obvious they?ve done it many times before. They were efficient as well, sometimes they split up working in two locations and then they?d join up again to do two-man jobs. They have not wasted a minute.

After a routine maintence service call and an aging HVAC system, tech Carmelo scheduled a call for sales rep to contact me for a quote on new ststem. Sales rep Jonathan, met with me on a Saturday & I ordered new system. installation was performed on Monday. Installers Ray & Nick were very neat, polite, & answered all questions. I have carried my maintenance contract with RighTime since 2012 after assuming the contract from folks I bought my home from.

Heat Pump Installation and Replacement
There is still the final day of work to be done when the parts come in but all that has been done has thus far been excellent. Installers are courteous work well as a team. They explain what they are doing and answer all questions.
Jason was the initial contact and spent a lot of time going over every aspect of what was best for the space and how the work would progress. He answered all of my questions thoroughly. I am grateful for his patience and respectful demeanor.

Technicians came out to inspect the furnace as we noticed a strange sound that we thought was coming from the furnace. Furnace is operating properly. Technicians found the source of the strange sound.

Enrique Ochoa our technician was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. He not only explained what he was doing but showed me the pictures of each area he serviced. With the pictures it helped me see the parts that required cleaning per Enrique. He quoted prices for the work and we will be calling Enrique to perform the work in the near future.

I recommend Right Home Services. Except when techican came out on sept 10 to inspect before city was scheduled to come out for final inspection we noticed a smell of gas and called Right Home to have a technician come to check smell. He did notice a loose valve. I did not notice smell as I use an oil diffuser but Thank God my daughters noticed.

When trying to talk to a supervisor or manager about an issues that Iâ  m having customer service always promises a call back by one or the other with no success. My EVAP coil have been leaking for over a year with Rightime failing at two attempts to get it right, each time cracking the EVAP pan that leak out on my ceiling the last time they were out. The ceiling was fixed but the leak still persists. I guess the secondary pan was a back up that is currently filling up with water.
