Rigid Construction was paid a total of $13,550.00 to complete a concrete foundation for a metal building structure. The owner John Garza seemed knowledgeable and professional. We discussed the specifics of the job and signed a contract to start the work. He was paid half of the price up front. Once the job got started we were not able to reach him for quite a few days for an update. He was not returning our calls or text. Throughout the process when we were trying to reach him we were given every excuse possible for the delay. He has used the excuses of lost phones, family emergencies, deaths in his family, the weather, and more as to why he has not completed the pouring of the concrete pad which should have been completed on 11/23/24. He did not pour the 12" trenches that were required in the contract for the stability of the building and per inspectors, excavated the land too much which would cause flooding. We will be suing this company for breach of contract. Stay away!

"In response to this bogus review, we gave Ms . [Member Name Removed] options to resolve this matter , we even offered to finish the job with a 3 year warranty, which she blantely denied , after slandering deceased employees, your payment of 6775 was returned to you on jan 16 , the project was halted a second time when your plumber did not show up on the day of the pour in which we had to reschedule and the readymix company charged us 500.00 for not rescheduling in time, then you wanted a survey that I suggested after certain people suggested the building was to low , which was also false , however the survey company suggested you needed an engineered elevation survey for a total of 4700.00 that was not in our contract, we will not pay that fee just to prove someone else's opinion, we will counter for defamation of this business since these lies have been posted to our page."

After 3 weeks I terminated dealing with Rigid Concrete. Poor workmanship, repeated broken prmises to complete or correct their work. Refusal to answer phone calls or text. Near the end they blocked my calls. The awning leaks, the concrete is not level and water pools next to the wall. Also, the concrete needs patched on the edge of the concrete in numerous places. Mr. Garza repeatly promised to correct them, but never did.
