Rigid Masonry Inc

Tree roots had lifted the wall to where it was cracked in several places and literally had finally fallen down in one section.  Rigid Masonry cleared all of the debris, redesigned and rebuilt the wall (and installed a steel plate about 2" above the root).  I did not contract them to repaint the wall.  I'm very happy with the results.  The crew was incredibly friendly and did a pretty thorough job of cleaning up afterwards.  So far there have been no issues.  I'm sure I could have paid less with another company but I really don't think a lower price would have gotten me a properly built, structurally sound wall.  The expense was well worth it and I strongly urge those who have masonry needs to give them a call. <br />

They came out to see the scope of the work then came out later and repaired the crack. They advised that the repair was a band aid fix until the root of the problem, literally a tree root, was resolved. <br />

The work was performed as specified and was done efficiently. <br />

The provider came on time, got to work, sealed up the duct work, did inspections, looked at the insulation (and determined that I didn't need extra) and finished up. My a/c bill dropped about $100 in the next bill. The only issue has been getting them to file the rebate paperwork to my electricity company. It bounced back a couple of times because of paperwork errors. Still waiting on my rebate, which is a pretty good chunk of change. Otherwise, no problem and I would recommend to others. <br />

The Provider completed the work as expected.

He was very hard working, punctual, and helpful!  Not only did he do our block wall, but he did two of our other neighbors' walls as well. <br />

They were organized, and timely about getting the estimate together, and invoicing. The work was performed as scheduled, and was well done. They did a good job cleaning up once they finished and we will be using Rigid again in the future. <br />

Everything about this transaction was very professional, from the initial phone call, to the estimate, to the actual work.  We have a large pine tree whose roots lifted a section of our block wall.   Over the course of ten years, there was a large stair-step crack that was large enough to pass your hand through in some areas.   <br /> The repairs were scheduled and the two-man crew showed up exactly as expected on a Monday morning.  They carefully took down the broken section, then cut a steel bar to hold the bottom of the wall slightly above the tree roots, the way the wall probably should have been installed initially.  There was a very small crack in the next section of wall, which they tuckpointed beautifully.   While they were there, they agreed to do a quick repair of some loose bricks on our firepit and it too looks great.  When they were finished, they picked up after themselves and hauled all the old blocks away. <br /> We've worked with a lot of contractors over the years;  so we were glad to have such a great, positive experience.  Thanks! <br />

Crew was helpful, neat, and professional.  We have recommended them to neighbors. <br /> A year later when we noticed that the heavy gate was pulling the column away from the house and causing the gate the stick, Travis came out and had his crew remove the column and replace it re-hanging the gate at no extra charge. <br /> I had told Travis that I would give him a rating on Angie's.  I have been late on that promise, so shame on me!  He did everything as he said he would and we have been very happy with our beautiful block wall. <br />

Price is good, sometimes he gives a discount if you have him work on multiple sites. His quality of work is outstanding. He always gets back to you real quick.

Travis and his crew showed up at 6am as they had promised. They tore down the old columns that supported my sagging RV parking gate, built new ones and came back 3 days later to rehang the gates. They did a great job with the columns but had to return a few weeks later to rehang the gates because they hung them too low and they were dragging on the cement. They fixed the problem with the gates and if I have any issues in the future with any masonry at my house I will definitely call them again.

He is very, very good. He did make it big and he took care of it. He didn’t make me pay for anything. We had a problem with one neighbor. He was excellent. His name is Travis Zinner and he is the owner of the company. I would definitely recommend him.
