My Realtor referred me to this company. I needed to replace my roof in order to sell my home. They came out to meet me and were incredibly professional. They understood my situation and did not try to upsell me in any type of way unlike the other companies that came out to provide me with an estimate. We signed the paperwork and my roof was complete within a few days as soon as the weather cleared up. Exceptional service all the way around from the first meet to cleanup. Very highly recommend them

Customer service was Amazing, Their work was Amazing, Their clean up was amazing and the way they checked in after my roof was finished was greatly appreciated. I do not typically leave reviews for things. For this company however I had to share my expierence. I used a different roofing company previously and tried to file an insurance claim for my roof. My insurance company denied my roof and was saying my damages were less than my deductible. The roofing company I was trying to use originally said "this is the way it goes sometimes" and would not return my calls. About a week later Cody knocked on my door. I will admit i was reluctant to move forward with another roofing company given my previous expierence. He explained the steps we could take in order to fight the insurance company. He stayed in constant communication every step of the way. This company got my insurance company to change their estimate from a few hundred dollars to pay for a Full Replacement. My roof looks great and their cleanup was exceptional. It was like they were never even here when they left (outside of the new roof of course). This roofing company is AMAZING.

After our insurance claim was denied, we thought we'd have to pay for a new roof ourselves. We called Storm One Solutions for a second opinion, and they walked us through the entire process. They performed a thorough inspection, documented all the storm damage, met with our insurance adjuster, and fought to make sure everything was properly evaluated. Thanks to their expertise and persistence, our claim was overturned and approved! The communication was excellent, the crew did an amazing job on our roof, and the cleanup was spotless. Storm One Solutions was amazing from start to finish. They were the only company out of the four I called that took the time to explain everything and show me the materials they would use on my roof. They also beat the other estimates by a few thousand dollars. The workmanship and cleanup was outstanding. I was so impressed that I'm having them come back next month to extend my patio. I had two other roofing companies come to my door before I met Cody Riley with Storm One Solutions, and the difference was obvious from the start. The other companies made me feel like they were just trying to make a sale, but Cody took the time to explain the process and put together a game plan that would get my roof repaired while keeping my out-of-pocket costs as low as possible.
What impressed me most was his professionalism, honesty, and communication. He gave me confidence that he would be there from start to finish, unlike a previous roofing company I hired years ago that disappeared after the contract was signed. Storm One Solutions also handled most of the insurance process, making everything easy. Aside from paying my deductible, Cody took care of the rest. Had a great experience with this company. They did our roof the day before Thanksgiving starting at 7 am and had it completed by 3 pm. Very professional and answered any questions or concerns. They covered our pool to make sure nothing got in it and ran a magnet over our yard to get any loose nails. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Cody and Jason with Storm One Solutions were amazing. They were in our neighborhood working on another roof and noticed damages. Cody knocked on my door and offered me a free inspection. Yes, I was a little hesitant because I don’t normally prefer doing business with someone that knocks on my door, But, I’m glad I did this time. They showed me damages that I did not know I had. Cody walked me through the whole process from start to finish. They dealt with my insurance and were able to get my roof replaced. The crew showed up on time, completed the job as scheduled and cleaned up everything before they left. Coming from a small city , I love supporting local businesses, especially when it’s a childhood friend. I’m very happy with my new roof! The crew worked hard, finished everything in about 9 hours, and did a great job. They cleaned up all the debris and didn’t leave a single piece of trash behind.
