The job was absolutely done well. I had a series of about 10 outdoor hardwired lights which were outdated and rusty causing the fuse to blow constantly. Keith came and understood my complaint and did what had to be done along with full cleanup. The gave us that aura of safety and confidence all the while. I have a few other electrical projects I’d like to get done and will be calling Rinker soon whether it be Keith or another knowledgeable electrician. I would definitely recommend Rinker for electrical needs.

Annual service was performed today March 5,2026. Service tech was personable showed up in the window given to us and completed all work in a timely fashion. Generator was installed Feb of 2025 and the installation was done professionally and without issue. I highly recommend Rinker.

Had a large commercial generator installed. The work was done very well and all follow-ups were taken care of quickly. I'd absolutely use Rink again.

We just had Rinker install a Briggs & Stratton standby generator (not a small purchase).Throughout the process, everyone at Rinker was patient and did not rush my decision. Their proposals were detailed and only included what I asked for. The work done for the installation was spectacular - they were on time and the area looks much better than when they started. Everything works like a champ. Extremely pleased.

From beginning to end I couldn't be happier with their service. From the quote meeting with Josh, the installation meeting with Bill, to system installation with Jeff, Patrick and Rilley(I'm sorry if spelling is incorrect) the whole job could not have been better. After discussing my desire to install a generator back up system at my home with a close friend, he recommended I contact Rinker Inc as they were under contract to install a system in his home and were great to work with. So I did and three weeks later I am up and running! Every phone call to Stephanie and Julio, onsite estimate with Eric and installation by Scott was exceptional! I wasn't pressured to make a purchase, I was educated to enable me to decide what I needed and what I could afford. I no longer have to worry about the next power outage! Great experience!

I explained what I was looking for and Josh was able to give a few different options and professional opinion on what would work best and why. The installation team was also excellent!! They took off their shoes and made sure to put blankets down to keep my house clean and made sure that everything was 110% correct before signing off on the entire project. Each person in the crew worked excellent with each other and could tell the enjoyed their work. An excellent team and product! I am very happy with my decision and would highly recommend.

Installation was excellent. Continued maintenance and service are great. Rinker provides personal ongoing service. Rinker treats you as one of their family. They know who you are when you talk to their staff.

The installation went great in our bedroom. We liked it so much we called Josh back to install another unit in our sunroom. Great company to do business with. They did exactly what they said they would.
